Agreed an amount, sent them my perfect working order and excellent condition phone (always in a case with full cover) 4 weeks ago as per instructions after upgrading to a new phone and just expected to receive the payment of £90 within a few weeks. Turns out you've got to set up an online account with them to see any kind of communications which I was unaware of (this was requested by text which was initially blocked as spam on my new phone). Found 3 weeks later and in this account they inform you of their "new" valuation. So, they have paid into my account £13.50 despite me not agreeing to it as hadn't seen any communication regarding this. They have stated you only have 5 days to question their new valuation and have claimed that the phone is faulty and sent me a picture of a phone screen with a pink background which is absolute tosh. I've asked them to return the phone but they are refusing saying it has already gone to their phone recycling. When they state you have accepted their offer that's also false, no acceptance is required after 5 days, they just pay you what they want and you have no way of disputing. What a great money making scheme eh!

I work in intensive care, do long shifts and am having a dreadful time of it at the moment and feel really really sad and totally ripped off.

Don't use them it's all I can say.

Update:

After having an equally disappointing and patronising phone conversation whereby they told me the phone has now been sold on, I should have read and understood their t&c's and check my spam emails regularly. No apology, no offer of the agreed payment just scripted excuses. They have shown their true colours by reporting my review for defamatory comments. Yep I know. Says volumes about their business model, morals and ethics.

Please use another company, these people are the worst of the worst.

The whole thing has been so easy from sending phone of to the contact with customer service through email. The replies from the company are fast and have answered any queries I have had to do with payments or receiving the phone. Would definitely use this service again if selling a phone. They also offer the best price for the type of phone I was selling by a mile compared to other competitors

I did read a few other reviews about payments not going in as fast as what was advertised. I had a similar issue however through emailing and patience the payment did get paid into the account about a week and couple days after it was meant to be put in. Not sure if this is to do with the current covid-19 situation of if it is like this normal.

Al being said I would still use the company in the future.

An easy way to sell your old phone my iPhone 7 was in immaculate condition I checked what they would off me for it clicked to complete sale, the packaging arrived two days later rapped it up and posted it back to them on the Saturday it arrived with them Monday I was kept informed how my sale was going then I was asked to do this review.
