Where do I start?
Well after sending them my phone they asked for proof that I actually purchased the phone. Something that isn't mentioned on their website or something they asked my wife to do who sold her phone through them a few months earlier.
After a lot of faffing around contacting my old provider I was able to send them a copy of the receipt and awaited payment which I was told would be 5 working days. After 6 working days I had to contact them asking where my payment was. The reply I got was that my payment would be made no later than midnight that night. After a further two days there was still no payment and I had to contact them again. The response this time was that I would get my payment by the close of business the following day. Again this didn't happen so I had to contact them again for a third time before payment was finally made.

So in short use them if you don't mind being messed around and have plenty of time on your hands to keep chasing them up,

Happy with service, quick, easy and kept up to date. At least there is proper recycling carried out.

Good customer service and I received the full quoted amount for my device. I did have to chase for payment twice but received eventually within two weeks of sending the device. Chasing was not ideal but customer service team really nice and helpful. Would use again.

Sold two phones via We buy any phone and found the service to be well set up. Overall a great service with speed and good communication, and a very fair price offered. However, don’t expect quick payment. While five days are quoted for payment to be received it’s more likely to take much longer. I’m still waiting after eleven days.

Very easy and efficient service.

I sent my old iPhone 7 to E-Giant to get a trade in price. The service was fast, efficient and very easy. I got a phone call from them to confirm receipt of my phone and ask me if I wanted an additional £5 Amazon voucher for giving them some feedback.
