I am a small scale user, have used them for maybe 15 years, when it it was Baydonhill. Service works very efficiently. Some problems years ago were resolved with apologies and compensation without question, and no issues since.

Not quite got it right for me yet. I have only recently moved over to Earthport and so far they have not been very effective in following my instructions or getting my payments to their dedicated locations on time. Hopefully these are teething troubles as I have been assured things will improve. I shall wait to see.
