We can confirm from our end that the order was dispatched with Royal Mail same day, so it might be an issue at their end.
We do usually ask customers to allow up to 10 working days for orders to arrive (recommended by Royal Mail) but we are looking into a resolving this now. We have sent you an email and will contact you regarding the solution.

Couldn’t wish for a better store. Rotherham branch (stag) is great. Staff (Neil and Neil) are so friendly and give the best service. So helpful and welcoming. Great value and always sort any issues if there are any. Also do inpost parcel thingy, which is really useful. Thanks lads

I have bought a couple of batteries…
I have bought a couple of batteries from here and one that was in my 6 months warranty which had a fault, which they swapped and gave me my postage back, I wouldn’t hesitate buying all my batteries from them,and I would recommend to anyone, as they are quick in dealing with any concerns I had, I fully trust this company
