What a great company!

When searching the web for Cinnamon tea I was so lucky to come across Eco Green Store. Their service, prices and range of products are fantastic and once you have placed an order they send you a discount voucher to use on the next order if placed the following month. - I would definitely recommend them

Unacceptable Service

Ordered items on 19th July, then received an email on 24th to state that there was a stock error! Sent email to enquire if and when new stock would be in, no reply. I then rang, to be told no stock, so requested refund. I was sent an email to state that order cancelled and money refunded on 25th.
As of the 29th, no refund, so rang again and was advised that refund had been actioned. Sent two (2) more emails, 31st / 01st Aug both to which I have not had any reply!!! As of 2nd Aug still no refund received, so will now
have to claim back via Credit Card. Terrible service, would not use again or recommend.

Never Again

I ordered and got automatic confirmation of order. 4 Days later email says 2 items out of stock and my account would get a credit note, and that items in stock are now despatched. I reply that is not good enough and cancel whole order. They asked why and I told them and next thing is 3 days later I am advised items in stock are now despatched (again?). I then 3 days later get a notice that they have reduced the amount to be taken via paypal. If goods turn up I will be 'happy' but will not use them again.

Always helpful

I have been using this shop for over 3 months and find the customer service is always helpful and friendly. They have the best range of products I have found at any online health food shop I have found, and are very reasonably priced.

AWFUL SERVICE

If you want to wait for your order for ever then order from this company,no updates,no food,no email but money was taken a week ago,they don't even respond to emails,awful service I wish I checked before ordering,avoid avoid avoid,lot more better companies with same product but better service

Rubbish

I usually use other suppliers but thought I'd give them a try. As they have no stock indication on their website I asked at the time of ordering if everything was in stock. They said it "looks ok and we;ll email you if there's a problem". Next day my order was still processing so I went to the site and logged on the chat, waited 30 minutes to connect to someone only to be told some of my items are out of stock and my order won't be dispatched until after the bank holiday. Totally rubbish service. These people need to understand that people want food delivered quickly. Waiting a week is not acceptable. I will never use them again. Other companies like thehealthbay and healthily supplies are much more reliable and offer cheaper faster delivery.

Avoid at all cost! No customer service. Disrespectful sale reps. AWFUL place.

2 weeks after placing an order I contacted online customer service and was told that the order was dispatched.
8 days forward - the order did not arrive. Another contact with the customer service saying that the order will be dispatched tomorrow.
At this point I asked for the refund and now wonder if I will ever get it.
After this experience I will never shop at this store and wish I checked this site before placing an order.

Filaed to deliver goods paid for and some items very short shelf life

Cannot believe these guys are still in business. Charged for products not in stock, sent lentils with just 2 weeks shelf life - same product elsewhere has over a year shelf life. 2 months in dispute, still waiting for missing items, now say they cant give a refund as 60 days has gone past. DO NOT BUY FROM ECOGREENSTOTRE. Customer service is non existent. Now chasing credit card company for total refund.

Product information missing on site

I do about 50% of my health food shop at this site for the products which are cheaper on this site.

However, I hate that they don't bother to add any product information as ingredients of their food to their product sites.

Also, their customer service is quite bad. I ordered some glasses of almond butter from them. These were only very lightly screwed shut. So when I got a glass out of the package it opened and I had all the mess on my kitchen floor. I had ordered 3 more of the glasses and found that all of them were loosely closed. When I complained and asked them to check their existing stock they just asked me to send them a photo of the glass. Funny enough at the time the almond butter was all over my kitchen floor I didn't think to make a photo of it. So they didn't care.

Furthermore I ordered matcha tea from them. On the product page they used the photo from the ceremonial garde matcha tea of that manufacturer (more expensive). However, when I received the product it was a different package with beginners grade matcha tea. Nowhere in the description was mentioned if the tea was ceremonial or beginners grade. I had to go by the packaging and compare it with the manufactures website. And still they sent me the wrong product. It took quite some time to get them to agree that they sent the wrong product and that I can send the tea back (which I still need to do and will then see how quickly they will refund my money including postage).

Still waiting for my order

Ordered some items on 2/11/12 that were claimed to be available.
Sent on line emails but still unable to assertain when these will be sent/delivered.
Not very good service for simple stock items ordered that should be dispatched by return.
