A really great product that will clearly last for may years. A very efficient installation team made the whole process easy to manage with minimal disruption to our normal operations.

Excellent response to initial enquiry, good product, installation went well with one exception. We ordered sufficient tiles to be fitted under the DC battery racks yet the installation team took it upon themselves not to install them. Fortunately the Client was happy to leave the installation and utilise the tiles on another project.

Recently used Ecotiles for my garage floor and have no reservations in recommending them. I had examined samples from all comparable suppliers but in the end Ecotiles seemed to offer the best flexibility/service/price so went with them.
Dealt with Gemma who was extremely helpful and ensured everything worked out perfectly. Try and track her down if possible.
My only comment would be that if you're thinking of cutting your edges by hand with a Stanley knife or similar, think again. They are far too hard, and it would have taken forever. Used a jig saw in the end which worked a treat. Laid a double garage in one day (including emptying and refilling it).

Zoe from ecotiles was Superb and lovely to deal with, great communications throughout, and the flooring was just brilliant - good hard wearing, solid construction which has finished off the floor area of my workshop / bike storage area off well and it will last a long time. The hard wearing /solid flooring is easy to install and has enabled me to roll around my motorbike on my movable paddock stand with ease. 5 stars all roundfor the whole experience - will be back in the future for sure - highly recommended. Best flooring on the market presently, in my mind. Cheers Zoe and Ecotile.

The tile ramps that I ordered later to finish off the job were slightly less well finished, with flash and moulding excess present, but still well up to the job.
I wouldn't go anywhere else if I was doing another floor. Thank you.

No problem with the service. a small problem with the product in manufacture. When the tile,in this case the ESD version is stripped from the mould in can leave a residue 4 to 5 inches long which distorts and can mark the tile and the one above when it hardens. The client was ok with it but it needs to be addressed. There are only two colour options available in this range.

Great Service - great product

Overall I am exceptionally pleased with my purchase and the superb customer services of this company both before and after sales. I purchased the 7mm pale grey smooth texture tile for my new garage room. I had them fitted by an experienced joiner who had to use his jigsaw to cut them and they are finished round the edges with white pvc skirting which was more costly per volume than the tiles themselves. I have received many complements about my new room and will send the company pictures which they can send non commercial customers if they wish. I didn’t buy the covered joining tiles because I want to reserve the right to put my car in if required, although unlikely and I would have had to have had them glued down. . Yes I can see the joinings but there are none that bad that makes me regret my choice as if any tile were to become damaged it can simply be lifted and replaced. We did prepare the floor as suggested and I am a happy customer.

We were looking for tiles for our (double) garage. Having done our homework about tiles available from various suppliers we visited Ecotile's factory (200 miles round trip), discussed our plans with Hugo the Sales Excutive who sent us ideas for a floor plan and a quotation. We finalised our requirements, placed an order and it was delivered one week later (one of our chosen tiles needed to be manufactured). Excellent advice and service!
