Was served by Paul Wilson who was very knowledgeable about the products he sells he made myself and the wife very comfortable and at ease we had a good chat about the scooter took a test run and found doing business with him a pleasure keep up the good work Paul a credit to the company

Popped into the Mansfield branch today to pick up something to aid my mother in law, Paul in store was lovely. Very helpful, knowledgable, polite and friendly. Helped me find just what I needed and talked me through the options.
Would definitely visit again in the future should the need arise.

Visited Eden Mobility for the first time today to purchase a folding walking stick. Paul Wilson there in the Mansfield Store was so helpful and friendly. He explained how the walking stick folded and opened and closed and there was a great offer to buy one and get the other half price. So I came away with two! One to keep in the car for emergencies and the other to use. So pleased with the service I received. Will be back again for sure.

Jamie was very helpful and professional a very good salesman this was at the Mansfield store

Jamie at the Mansfield store was extremely helpful, not pushy just listened to what we wanted and then helped find the right walker. He adjusted the handles and checked the brakes.

Paul helped me to make sure I got the right scooter at the mansfield shop and got a fair price part exchange my old scooter he was polite with plenty of friendly banter will be calling on him again for fold up scooter for traveling thanks again paul

Called in to the Mansfield shop to generally browse around. Lisa was busy with a customer but acknowledged us on arrival.

When the transaction was complete with the existing customer, she approached us to assist.

She showed us a couple of other products that we were interested in for my 93 year old mother.

Ultimately we purchased an indoor travelator with tray and basket as the breaking system appealed more than the others on offer.

Lisa demonstrated how to use and fold the equipment.

Lisa was very friendly and efficient. Thank you.

Paul was brilliant, very helpful with choosing the right mobility scooter for my dad, and arranging a free home trial for him.

Paul Wilson at the Mansfield shop was extremely welcoming and also humorous, which was an added bonus! Many people who need mobility aids do not want them but Paul was very empathetic and helped my Mum choose the right equipment. We wouldn't hesitate to return if we need anything else. Paul is a rockstar!!

He is very knowledgeable about all of the products he sells and the advice he has given me.
