Great service, everything explained clearly to me and the wife, but more importantly to my mother who was looking to purchase a mobility scooter and walker. Thanks go to Paul Wilson and Lisa for looking after my mothers requirements.

I've been in the Mansfield shop a couple of times, for various things. Paul Wilson the person who served me was extremely helpful, with advice and purchases. He is very knowledgeable about all of the products he sells and the advice he has given me. I will be going to the shop again for future purchases.

Paul knows that when I normally come in for my mums items that I am usually on my lunch break, so when he sees me rushing in, he gets my items for me and always makes sure I'm sorted quickly and efficiently, but always has time to ask how things are. Always a pleasure to see Paul.......keep hold of him Eden !!!

Visited the Mansfield store today regarding our recent purchase of a mobility scooter. As ever, Paul
was obliging and very helpful.

Came in to the store and was greeted in a lovely manner, Paul and Lisa were very helpful in assisting me in finding a walking stick for my father, made sure that I got the appropriate handedness for said walking stick. This was much appreciated and very helpful for me and my father.
