One of the people I watch of online was…
One of the people I watch of online was on stream/video and he came into this shop and bought a mobility chair thing and he got served by a lady called “dale” and he’s told everyone to give her a nice review because she was so kind and helpful and a joy to be around.

Bad customer service
A friend of mine has been let down 3 times, they keep saying the engineer has phoned in sick. My friend is housebound and can only get out with her mobility scooter, she only needs a new battery, so i personally don't think that really needs a engineer, this poor lady has been waiting so long and has been made to stay in as she's only mobile with her scooter. I'm sure someone could have put the battery on her scooter 3 missed appointments is not acceptable. She is heartbroken as she's made arrangement to visit her sister, but couldn't go yet again.
