The teapot is excellent in itself
The teapot is excellent in itself - but it's not exactly what we wanted.
Years ago we bought a "Bodum" glass teapot with a central plunger that pushed the leaves to the bottom so that the brew didn't get any stronger. I broke this pot and found out that a new one was nearly £50 !! CostCo did a better glass pot with a superb spout that came with English Breakfast tea and Earl grey all for about £15. The Bodum plunger fitted perfectly and all was good until I broke that one too. The Eden & Willow has a narrower aperture so the Bodum plunger system cannot be used which is a real pity.

Product choking in plastic
Great bamboo product wrapped in disgusting amounts of plastic. Such a shame. Will never be ordering from here again. I mentioned this to their customer service and they couldn’t have cared less.
