Missed first day in Rome because we missed connecting flight from Madrid because it was not booked taking into account time to get through airport.

The Italy and Spain trip was amazing. Being able to see the different style of architecture, food, and overall culture was an amazing sight. Additionally, our tour guide, Eduardo, made things extremely fun and interesting. Never a dull moment with all our chaperones and Eduardo.
This was a wonderful experience for my son. The trip was well organized and provided a wide array of adventures every day.

Great guides, mediocre scheduling and logistics. Would have preferred better hotels and busing. Evening dinners were poor. Trip guide was terrific and very much appreciated his confirmations of guides, tours and bidding, especially when they weren’t prepared for our group. Free time seemed to work well but we were promised more on our trip and missed several things on our itinerary.

The tour person made sure we were together at all times
Overall i would say my experience was a trip that I will never forget !
It was organized and the hotels where all clean and neat. The local guides were amazing especially simone from rome that gave us a tour of the vatican and our tour guide that was always with us her name was marina she’s amazing and so calm and patient definitely recommend her!
Our son had the best time in Italy and Spain. He was in awe of the architecture and history and the beauty of everything he saw. He said seeing the things in person that you usually only read about or learn about in history class was the most amazing experience you can have. Even better in person.
Wonderful trip
Excellent your guide, accommodating hotels, always felt safe, and I would definitely do it again.
Jenna had the most incredible time—the destinations were perfect!
Our directors were amazing. The only thing that was too long and not very interesting was the walking tour in Florence. She went very fast, it was too long. There are other sites in Florence that the students could have benefited from more than that.
The overall experience was not good. The kids got stuck in the airport in Canada. We were supposed to get a refund for food that was purchased during the layover. It took me eight months to get any kind of refund from the company for the food that was purchased during that 24 hour lay over. The paperwork and process to get the reimbursement was time consuming and a pain. I’m sure I would’ve not gotten any reimbursement if I wouldn’t have followed up constantly. Also, the kids had to sleep on the airport floor for 24 hours. There was very little communications about what was going on or when the students would be able to get home. My kids missed a water polo tournament that I then had to pay for.

My daughter went to Spain and Italy during summer of 2022.She had a wonderful time and can't wait to book her trip to Greece for summer 2023
Hotels were pretty bad. Tour guide was amazing!
The trip, payments, and information all went without a hitch. Thanks.
The tour group my daughter was with was required, by Iberia airlines, to gate check their overhead bin sized suitcases. None of their luggage was loaded onto their aircraft and all 35 of them had to buy clothes and toiletries for the second half of their trip. 12 days later and not one of their bags has been "found" by the airline. EF has done absolutely nothing to assist in the efforts to locate and return any of their baggage. Most of the arrangements were fine, but I wouldn't count on EF providing any support if an issue arises during travel. You are on your own.

EF tours has provided no support or even communication after the airline lost the baggage for the entire tour group. Baggage has still not been returned.

The tour was great. The guide was absolutely five stars out of five. The hotels weren’t great except for Madrid. The organized stops were excellent except the leather demonstration in Florence. The food was great. The trip was so good even Iberia Airlines losing our luggage between Italy and Spain couldn’t ruin it.
