I’ve heard the reviews from friends…

I’ve heard the reviews from friends that were suspended. EGrowth partners is hands down the best choice out there for reinstatement. It’s not the cheapest option but the quality is top notch and when your account is down do you want a cheap company that’ll cost you more in sales or a no nonsense company that costs more but will have you back up and running quicker.

Really unhappy with the service this…

Really unhappy with the service this time. I have used them in the past. Response time was long and never received the audit before I was hit up for the money. I provided the same info over and over and Was told not to include items that I was suspicious about regarding the suspension. After two rejections of basically the same appeal I Had to completely rewrite the third one or wait another week for the rep to do it even though I told her I needed new information. I spent 3 hours on the phone with seller support and each time it just seemed like they were in a different direction than my appeal was. At this point I am not hopeful this one will be any different. It was almost as if the people at e-growth are just guessing. I’m looking to hire another firm that may be more knowledgeable. I feel like I wasted 6 weeks with this one for nothing.

You found an issue I had been overlooking that was greatly effecting my POA. My account had been suspended for 5 months and within 10 days of you taking on my case I was up and running in Amazon again. Many thanks for being there for me when I did not know where to turn.

I called to get help on an issue for…

I called to get help on an issue for sales taxes in the year 2016. Madison was very helpful in finding the reports for me. She was a very good communicator and explained everything to me in just a few minutes. She stayed on the phone to make sure I completely understood how to download the report and place it in an Excel file.

Negative Experience

We worked with eGrowth Partners to appeal an account suspension. I can say that when talking to their team originally they seemed extremely confident and knowledgeable. We went through a couple of phone meetings and eGrowth preformed an account audit to help identify the actual cause of suspension (Amazon can be quite vague with their suspension notices)

As we worked through the process, it seemed that they were completely overwhelmed. Several key details were missed by the individual who audited and managed our account. The path forward was just to continue escalating until the point where our emails were being blocked from even being received.

At this point, we decided to re-audit our account ourselves, during which time we discovered issues that had not been addressed in drafting the appeal. We were thankfully able to get the new version of our appeal to Amazon's team via a connection we made and were reinstated within a week.

Unless something has changed dramatically, I can't recommend this company for such a critical service.
