I did not have a positive experience. I bought into the hype of Cynthia being the reinstatement guru, so when my private label was suspended for a baseless patent IP claim, I was sorely disappointed with the services received. I was disappointed when my case was handed off to some guy I had never heard of from the start and more disappointed when he couldn’t help me. The ASIN was never reinstated. I even spoke with their on staff attorney who provided poor advice to me. I ended up changing my product as I thought I had no other option at this point. Two months later, one of my other competitors who was also suspended for the same reason sued the company filing the patent infringement against them. Turns out neither of our products violated their patent and The E-growth attorney gave me bad advice. They are decent people and maybe they do help others, they did not help me though.
I was given the impression by the eGrowth representative with whom I first spoke, that the false copyright infringement claim that had rendered my ASIN inactive could probably be cleared up in just a few days. I was hopeful and she seemed friendly and optimistic. Unfortunately, mine was a "tough case" I later learned, and weeks later I found myself in the same exact predicament, less the $750 I paid them. After about a month or so of absolutely nothing resolved, they just referred me to a law firm. Gee, thanks a lot! I feel generous giving 1 star only because the gentlemen who was assigned to my case did his best and earnestly tried to help me. I feel woefully misled about the outcome.
I spent money for nothing done, I paid you for a service which didn’t fix my issue with amazon and my account still suspended.

We had a very poor and unsatisfactory experience with eGrowth Partners. For starters eGrowth is about two to five times more expensive than many other companies that do Amazon suspension appeals professionally. We went with eGrowth with high expectations despite the cost because of Cynthia Stine, the CEO's reputation. We expected to be treated with white gloves and first class service as we paid a few thousand dollars for our expedited "guaranteed within 24 hours" appeal. We received our appeal later than that and the company refuses to issue us the difference between an expedited and standard appeal. Additionally we have been given the runaround and very discourteous service while trying to address this issue with the CFO and others in the company. eGrowth is overpriced and you do not get the level of service expected for the prices they charge and they have shown us to be unprofessional and uncaring. They do not take responsibility for their numerous mistakes. Very poor service.

You did not solve my problem. I had high hopes because of recommendations, i feel like i wasted a lot of money.
Cynthia failed to get me reinstated after having paid her $1500. She said she didn’t understand why and Amazon didn’t give a reason either. What a disappointment!
I did paid 1500 for an appeal for an asin, the claim was fake and false. We did escalate it but at the end Amazon were sending us sme letter and our letter provided from egrowth partners was same as well. So we still have our asin blocked for a false claim.
We are so pleased with our results. Due to some miscommunications with Amazon, they mistakenly deactivated our account and were not accepting our appeals. Cynthia and team were able to educate us on what we did wrong, and our account was reinstated. Thank you!
