Highly Recommended

Bad information, no real grasp of the problem, indifferent service, and absolutely zero follow through. It's been two years and they've never bothered to ask me if my case was even resolved.

Roy was Amazing as always

Roy was Amazing as always ! We had to submit appeal a couple of times but we were only down for 2.5 days ! Roy knows his stuff, works quickly and is absolutely Wonderful to work with !

This is not going to be the experience…

This is not going to be the experience you think it is. The on boarding call with a very charismatic sales person (I'd hire her) will convince you that their success rate will mean success for you. We were told our situation was straight forward. But, once we got to our actual rep, that's where the personal attention stops. You'll pay a large sum of money for a form appeal letter and instructions to submit it yourself.
We asked our eGrowth partners rep if we filed our appeal in the right place. I was told we did. After holding for a rep at Amazon - we were told we hadn't.
We were never told to complete a critical step with the duplicate account - until Amazon told us to do it.
At this point, we are still in limbo. Two weeks later and we've made zero progress except to get another denial from Amazon.
The sales rep is great. The follow up is lack luster and vague.
It feels like a one size fits all approach to complex individual problems. And you'll be frustrated by the lack of attention to your issues when you try to raise concerns or get help from eGrowth partners.
Unless they are looking just to make money from pissing people off - I'd change the way they interact with clients once they take their money.

One of the worst reinstatement services…

One of the worst reinstatement services out there. If you're looking for your case to get handed offshore to a virtual assistant with broken English and poor experience, this is the service for you. I have worked with over 5 services over the years and this is definitely the one with least care and devotion to their clients. I would not recommend eGrowth Partners to anyone.

Don't go it alone

After trying for weeks to get our Amazon account reactivated with no success and a lot of frustration, a friend told us about eGrowth Partners. They were able to get us back up and running in a few days.

Wasted Time and Money

Wasted over $500 in consulting fees just to be told my account was permanently banned. Hired another service (Younglanes Amazon Appeal Services) and got reinstated 48 hours. This company has a big following, but they definitely did not give me any real results as promised.

We are sorry that we could not help Jennifer. We have a successful track record of reinstatement but there are some cases that Amazon will not forgive which is why we only charged Jennifer for our time researching her case and not for a reinstatement. She hired a company that openly promotes that they use black hat tactics on behalf of their clients. Our company does not bribe Amazon employees or engage in practices that are against Amazon's TOS. Our clients do not have to worry about Amazon reversing their reinstatements or banning them for life because of our methods.
