Dan has been a joy to work with since he took over Sabrina earlier in the year. Every enquiry is quickly acknowledged and dealt with.
I feel very safe knowing that he is in charge of my tenancy now.

I don’t usually leave reviews for anyone in fact this might be my first time pointing out an individual person but it has to be said that Akina is fantastic. She is an asset to your company, not only does she really care for her tenants and is super friendly but she gets things done. I have recently moved back in to one of your apartments after having rented before, but my experience has been so different because Akina was not my main contact previously. Belgravia have really got it right with her, it is not often you find people so kind, caring but also driven and efficient in this type of job. I can’t praise her enough and I look forward to her being my contact throughout my tenancy.

My development in Croydon was in a terrible condition for years. Recently Eight took over and they held the first residents meeting I can ever remember. I learnt more about the running of our (quite large) building in one hour than I have in years.

I was a tenant at Clifton House for many years and never had as good service as I did from Akina, she always dealt with everything quickly for me and I was never left waiting weeks for a response as I usually found with others I reached out to in the company. I have recently moved out and she made the process smooth and easy and I can only wish her the best for all she has done for me and my partner. A lovely person who is great at her job and great with people. Thank you !!!!

Took over the previous managing agents some time in 2022, but failed to notify tenants.
Have to be chased to respond to queries as requests aren't answered after waiting 2 weeks.
Still haven't provided accounts to Dec 2022 or any updates on progress or timelines, despite stating at the end of Jun 23 that the expenditure is 50% higher than budget, with no prior notification of this excessive spend.
Their provided responses on accounts/budgets show less surplus funds than should have been handed over and still no reconciliation 6 months later.
They use a system called blockman for information to tenants but it stopped e-mailing notifications to me after the first few and despite efforts to rectify still doesn't work. They promised to personally e-mail all correspondence they place on blockman, but haven't done so with the last 3 communications.
Utterly failing in all customer service and accounting aspects.

Jade took on our mis-managed development and has been amazing from the outset and we look forward to more improvements to come.

Eight managed to halve our insurance premium compared to our old agent. I wish I could score them six, in these tough times they’ve delivered!

I needed a sales pack done super quick to get my flat sold in a long chain. Jo managed to get it back to my solicitor in less than a day. I can’t thank you enough.

I had an amazing experience with a lovely lady, Akina-Marie. She made the lettings process very easy and was so lovely throughout. She explained every step to me and made sure to answer all my questions in a timely manner. I was dreading the process lol but thanks to her, it was much more positive than expected!
