I agree with the poor reviews. We ordered an oven from El Corte because we thought they would be reliable. First they delivered the wrong oven and it took three weeks to receive the one we ordered. We had to email and send online chat messages (waiting for hours) every day otherwise we would never have received the oven we ordered. But it arrived with no accessories - no glass top, no handle, no grill etc. Six weeks on and we are still sending two emails a week but have lost hope that we will ever receive the missing accessories.

I have a hard time even giving a one star! The incompetency is overwhelming. I bought a high end coffee maker in Tarragona for my wife's birthday. They said they didn't have it in stock but promised they could send it within 5 days. It didn't arrive. I called. They promised again it would be there before the 14th. It didn't come. Two phone calls later... they promised an email verifying the complaint... It never came. I went to El Corte Ingles in Barcelona... Customer service said I should talk to a supervisor in the department but they couldn't do anything unless I went back to Tarragona. The supervisor finally agreed to send an email to Tarragona store to cancel the order and put the 450 Euro coffee machine back on my card. I asked for a copy of the email so I could follow up... they said, "Store policy says we can't give copies of email to customers"... Really! I would imagine with their level of competency they think it's best to frustrate the customer rather than give the customer a legal document. On and on. The level of stupidity and incompetence was astounding. BTW... I still don't have the refund, nor the call back, nor the email, nor the coffee machine... They promised!!!

Placed an order 9th of April. Spent 296 euros chidrens clothes. I have been in contact 30 times email and iphone to check status of order. Also hours of chat online. Order did not arrive due to technical error???.Whatever that is. Then they informed me order wad cancelled. Not a word on refund. I have spent the past week emailing and nobody answers me. What can I do next?

They basically will not cancel my car insurance on a car I sold 9 months ago, so I was not refunded the 10 months remaining on the policy. Now they are trying to charge me again for the another year for a car that does not exist. I have been in person 3 times to cancel it, they just verbally tell me it's cancelled but it is not.

Shocking service and told me I could not change with ticket a dress a bought for a wedding for my daughter because it is Saturday 🤨

I bought a product on September 2023, and I never received it. After many complaints (dozens of emails, endless calls...) El Corte Inglés agreed to return me the money in February 2024. It's April 2024 and I am still waiting for it. Awful experience, which has not been solved yet.

El corte Ingles Spain. I don't even know where to start! How they work is basically criminal! They won't even let you cancel an order. It's been 2 weeks and they haven't sent my purchase and I can't even get anyone to respond to my queries. This has been a learning point for me, always check trust pilot before buying online. Actually, the customer protection authorities should shut down this operation!

i said to them the first time i phoned you better not be like Mediamarkt.
Now three times i Have opened a case. Just as awful as Mediamarkt aftersales. What is the point of having a warranty. My cooker has not worked properly for over 9 months. I bought from El Corte even though more expensive as i got a three year warranty not two, well that was a waste of time.

We realy enjoyed the advise we received on the television department. The Samsung people were very helpfull and could answer all our questions.

We ordered an item a 5 - 6 months ago and haven’t received my order. I haven’t heard back from them since I also haven’t received a refund and am very disappointed.

Completely incompetent.
you order and pay for white they send black . you order and pay for 4 items they send 2.
impossible to communicate, they don't respond to email.
even if they answer the call after 30 minutes the answer is ... please send an email .
Actually, come to think about it .. El Corte Ingles on line shop maybe a fraudulent.

If you can figure out how to place the order (they make the payment part a bit complicated) this is the company to order from online in Spain. Their deliveries are consistent and on time. Same goes for Hipercor, which belongs to them.

What a joke!!,, I ordered an Ipad from CorteIngles online promised delivery in two days, nothing received, although the local delivery office MRW had assured me it was in transitand even given me a delivery window, ( 26 Jan between 1300 and 2000), Nothing received, phone up MRW local office and told the deliver would be made Mon 29 Jan, Nothing received, phoned agan, promised for delivery today 30 Jan, still waiting,,, contacted CorteIngles via their online chat, 3 attempts and the assistants just leave you waiting, phoned the customer help line, fully automated, with eventually cutoff by the machine asi they were too busy,, My 1st and last time shopping with Corte Ingles ,, lets hope they pay for the bad service by the company going down the tubes,,, not other options, !! PS my parcel is being tracked as in Transit for the last 4 days from the Depot in Yecla which is only 30ms away, ( but I cant collect as its in a van !!) Nincompoops!!

I just asked for the invoice of my command, the costumer service answered me at first, and now i'm still waiting... I need it to repair the item i bought from them...

I just bought some towels with fringel knots in El Corte Inglés, Malaga.
Before use I washed the towels at 40 degree, and they came out of the wash with many of the knots unknotted and they looked terrible. We returned to El Corte Inglés to return the towels, but they would not take them back.
I then went to Zara Home to buy some other towels and I bought some of the best quality to almost the same Price as I paid in El Corte Inglés for the pure quality towels. So take care when you buy things with this store. They have absolutely no customer service at all.

It’s not worth it. It won’t be shipped after purchase. Please don’t buy here.

i paid 14 december 2023 for phone and should have it at 27 december... now is 17.01.2024 still dosent have any information about it...

+ here work people with really low average IQ... who dosent know even basic english..

I've ordered a phone, the shop changed the delivery date twice and after all sent an email that stated it is out of stock and won't be able to fulfil my order. Experience with this seller is pain in the ass, I'd definetly advice against any purchases!

I bought a BH ZX11 Treadmill and before its warranty was up it already is broken with error 02. I have requested a repair by sending 5 emails, 2 phone calls and also tried to contact them through their website chat. Still nearly 2 weeks later and no response at all. The worst after sales customer service I have ever experienced. I would never buy a BH Fitness product again!

I placed an order on the 10th of December 2023. The courier failed to deliver. I requested a refund and as of the 9th January I have received no refund. Despite many methods of making contact I have been ignored, had what is virtually on-line abuse and the response that I have to wait another 15 days fro payment. This company and its people are a disgrace and do not act to service their customers. A complaint made on their site was just cancelled by them stating they could not get in contact with me. Dreadful service. You cannot get to speak to anyone and employees turn into keyboard warriors.
