Netatmo Presence
We ordered the Netatmo Presence spotlight camera, and it was delivered next day, as quoted. Very happy with the sellers communications, and the product is very good indeed. Easy to instal and easy to set up. You do need a good wifi signal - we needed to move our router to stop it from disconnecting, but from the moment we did this, it was worked perfectly.

Customer services and electrical services deserve 5 stars but the courier used (UK Mail) was absolutely atrocious. Even after many attempts (over a period of a week) to arange delivery UK mail failed to deliver the item, they offered a multitude of excuses.
Once requested from customer services I was given a prompt and full refund.
