Great price and great service/delivery
The product had the best price available at that time no hidden delivery charges and delivered within a few days, They kept me upto date of the whole process even informing me to say it was delayed by a day due to stock being moved from one warehouse to another and I was on a 2-3 day delivery slot so wouldn't have know anyway.
Definatley recommend.

Ordered a Tado thermostat which was…
Ordered a Tado thermostat which was then paid for and due to be shipped to Tuscany. However, the item had to be cancelled at the last moment because ES informed me there would be a £50 delivery fee.
Normal costs for this size item and weight about £10/£15.
ES did say they would be looking into their delivery costs to mainland Europe.
Do not order if you want something delivered to mainland Europe!

Not fit for purpose
I recently left a good review for this product. However, now after using this Hoover for a few months, I have changed my opinion. This Hoover chews up some of the floor debris, regurgitates it then spits it out! Every time I use my Hoover-Free 700 within minutes it stops picking up and feel every few minutes I have to take it apart to see why it's not picking up. I only use this on my wooden engineered floor downstairs as I don't feel it could handle any fluff coming off the wool carpet. This hoover by no means is tested to it's limits, it hardly needs to pick up any mess, being a single woman I am not very messy!
