This is not the first time I have purchased products from Ellis Fibre. Beautifully finished quality pillows and a delightful Pet Bed.
They are great presents for family and friends as well as essential for our own use too!

Took over 2 weeks to get my order! Although I understand when you place an order they can be 'made to order' there were no follow ups letting me know of the delay, I had to email to find out why my order was taking so long.

All good service over internet but why cant i buy your product in Timaru???????

Our cat loves his new bed. I hid it away the day it arrived. A few days later, I found he has been using it already. Our cat is very fussy about his bed. I bought different lot of blankets and pads for him to sleep in. But he didn't use any of them. This one is a instant LIKE! Thanks so much.

Bought the Queenstown Wool Duvets for my two young kids and they are brilliant. Nice and heavy and very warm! I don't have to worry about the kids getting cold during the night anymore!

It took a long time between the product was made and when it was shipped. Somehow it was stuck at shipping department. Your customer service person was great though. He keep going back to shipping to check on the shipment.

Shipping to the west coast of Canada was very fast and no issues with duty. Love all 4 of my duvets. Have recommended to other Canadians.

I'm glad I read reviews before ordering so I was pre warned about the sheep smell which is quite strong to start with but is not unpleasant and is going quickly.
