The duvet arrived later than expected due to increased demand but I was ok with this and the delay was communicated well. The duvet itself is amazing and is almost too warm some nights. The smell does go away eventually but you do need to air it for a bit before use.

Pleased with the dog bed I bought. Great price also.

Love Ellis Fibre wool duvet inners. This is the second one we have bought. We bought our first one for my daughter when she graduated from the cot to a bed and loved the quality and the fact it is New Zealand made. We have now done the same for our son. I would not buy any other duvet inner and have recommend them to family and friends.

I have bought Alpaca duvet, Bamboo sheets & wool underlay. All items are of a high standard, (materials and manufacturing ) so i do not hesitate to recommend them.
If by chance there is a problem the staff are happy to put right.

I brought the 50/50 Alpaca /Wool Duvet and we're well pleased with it ,it's warm and very light on the bed ,will replace other duvets on other beds asap,also purchase was easy and product arrived very quickly considering I'm a rural customer ,we usually have to wait a week to ten days for items to arrive,so big thumbs up.

I purchased several items.....like duvet, pillows....together, only to see, just a few days after my purchase, that there was a SALE, with 50% discount. This should have been brought to my attention.....I would have been able to purchase additional items.....NOW, my only memory of that purchase is that I got ripped off.... !

Great products and great pricing but the two times we have bought from Ellis Fibre online they have advertised a big sale but then been unable to deliver for several weeks due to demand.
Learn from your mistakes Ellis Fibre, prepare plenty of stock ahead of a sale.

Ordered the Arrowtown wool combo duvet for our son as he transitions from a cot to a big bed. In the depths of a NZ winter, this has been a superb choice. It keeps him warm, and has the versatility of switching out layers according to the temperatures. We love that it's NZ made from a local company too!
