EDIT: Thanks EMC Tiles for your response to my review. Unfortunately, we are having to store the tiles outside under a tarp until we are able to use them, and it isn't really viable to open and check all the boxes at the moment. If the builder finds there are a lot broken when he does the work (not too long we hope!) we will be in touch about replacements - thanks for the offer. The tiles look great - just what we had in mind.

My online order was acknowledged promptly and despatch was on the day promised, for delivery by a third-party courier. We haven't used the tiles yet so can't really comment on their quality. We can see there are some broken tiles in the boxes but won't know how many until they are used.

Recently set an account up with Emc and placed an order. The guys behind the desk were fantastic in helping me with completing the set up and processing my order.

Purchased some beautiful Italian porcelain wall and floor tiles from EMC and it was a smooth positive experience throughout. Excellent communication on the part of Daniel A - by phone and email. The order arrived on time and when there was a small hiccup, Daniel acted swiftly and efficiently to remedy it.
The price was competitive, the quality was excellent and the service worthy of recommendation.

Pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and professional. They sourced us tiles from Italy, arranged delivery and sorted a few minor issues promptly. Everything was done via email/phone and very impressed with the speed and service we received. Would not hesitate to order from you again.

Diabolical!!!!! I placed an order via click and collect. Paid for it. Went to collect it.
Kept me waiting then said “”oh about an hour ago we heard this product isn’t in stock”” offered me others. Everything was out of stock. Felt very uncomfortable with the man that handled my order and wanted to credit me not return my money. I would not use them again whereas I used to use them a lot.

I purchased a huge order of tiles on the website, said they were in stock, a few days later i got an email saying the majority of what i had ordered weren't infact in stock at all but i'd have to wait 4-5 weeks. You were quick to take my money though! Your system needs addressing. Also the person who dealt with me instore was extremely abrupt, bordering on plain rude. Won't be using you again.

Having been let down on delivery from Topps Tiles these guys came to my rescue - only wished I'd used emctiles in the 1st place. Jason went above & beyond to help me select a replacement tile, which is better quality, cheaper and shall be delivered this week! Excellent service cannot recommend emctiles enough.

Brilliant, friendly service. Sent measurements and they worked out amount for me.
Didn't mind hanging on to tiles until I needed them.

My review got taken down due to them querying the order but it was in my partners name Luke.

My review is genuine and honest, we have spent ALOT of money on our tiles and did not think 8 months later we would be left with tiles like this. SCRATCHED!!

I contacted them not long after we noticed to explain they were scratched and heavily in places such as where the chairs are. Now I explained the chairs have protective bases on, I even had a spare tile to show them that I used the chair on but they weren’t interested.

8 months on the scratched everywhere are awful, expensive tiles like this should not scratch at all! We have a 12 year old dog that plods along that would cause damage to these tiles.

Please beware if you’re spending a lot of money on tiles best to avoid East Midlands tiles.
