Terrible service and poor customer treatment – avoid.
I hired them in December to fix a leaking en suite toilet. The first visit left the toilet disconnected and I was told to buy and run a dehumidifier to dry things out, costing me £150. Later, the owner advised this was unnecessary and that opening a window would have been enough.
In January they replaced a cracked pan connector, charged me £145, and said the issue was fixed. A week later the leak returned through the downstairs ceiling. After more delays, chasing for parts, and months without a working toilet, I was told there was another issue and asked for a further £225.
When I asked to wait before paying until I was sure it was finally fixed, I later requested a reduction due to the inconvenience and bad advice. Instead of any apology or goodwill gesture, I received threats of debt recovery from the owner.
6 months of stress, poor communication, repeated leaks, and no accountability.
