Would highly recommend. Difficult situation at work and fully resolved due to help with this company.

I had been struggling to find a definitive answer on an employment issue. All the usual source - HMRC, CAB, various employers' advice sites all had very "woolly" and ambiguous terms and seemed to rely on agreements set up in advance between employee and employer. I contacted Employers Direct via ACAS and they called back within an hour and gave me a straightforward and definitive answer to my enquiry. This meant I could agree the issue with my employee immediately and everyone was happy. Had I gone down the route of assuming my interpretations of the law were correct I would have been acting illegally and my employee could have proceeded to take action against the company. I would not hesitate to contact them again for any other employment-related issues.

i found the meeting between myself and Phil Clark to be very beneficial, informative and in the future if l need to change our advisory service i know who i will be recommending to the owners of the care home to use for advice on employment law and health & safety issues that i may have in the future with staff and/or resident issues.

Pleasant enough guy who came to meet us. Didn’t really tell us anything much we didn’t already know. We felt he tried to scare us by painting worst case scenarios and then tried to interest us in buying their HR cover and insurance which we couldn’t possibly afford anyway as we are a very small charitable organisation. Decided to send couple of staff members on ACAS courses which were far more useful.

I have been contracting by your marketing repeatedly despite expressing clear wishes that this is stopped.

The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. I felt support all the way through the issue I was having.

Despite speaking to someone when I initially rang, then completing the form they send you, no one has rung me 29 hours later. I was told that I would be contacted within 2 hours from my call Tuesday morning at 9ish. It is now 4.40pm Wednesday and no call. Very disappointing

Update 1st June 2018 and still no phone call!

The guy I spoke to was very pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all of my queries.
