Professional and Courteous Advice
This was the first time i had called Employers Direct. I was greeted professionally by the receptionist who took a few details, then immediately put me through to an adviser. We had a good chat about my issue, which he considered important enough to warrant a further meeting with a consultant. This resulted in me getting a free face to face appointment, today, with an HR specialist. Top service!

The service was fast, detailed and extremely helpful. There is no cost involved and they will do their best, to provide you with the required and necessary help.
If you are wondering why or how they can afford to do this? Well they will offer you a free consultation to one of their partners. If you are happy with the consultation, you can engage them on a full time basis. I must stress you do not have to go any further than the free advice. Give them a go!

I HAD CALLED HMRC WITH A QUERY ABOUT SSP AND THE GUY I SPOKE TO THERE WAS LESS THAN HELPFUL AND JUST REFERRED ME TO THEIR WEB SITE WHICH DIDNT GIVE THE INFO I NEEDED!

I have 'phoned Employer's Direct a few times and have found them to be very helpful and informative with any of my queries. When they have had to ring back due to all advisors being busy, they always rang back either the same day or the next day.
