I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible customer service. Several attempts to get my hot water heater replaced and had someone waiting at my house for hours with no one showing because they forgot to book the service on their back end. When you call customer service they follow a long and tedious script - it takes forever to get anywhere and in the end you get no where. Frustrating experience. Would not reccomend.

Gerald (Belleville D&K) phoned before arriving. He was respectful of my property. He did his inspection and gave me a report that was clear and understandable. He was very knowledgeable.Thank you.

Plumbing Problem Solved

A plumbing appointment was made to address a leaky outdoor faucet. The plumber. Alex Lajeunesse called before arriving well befoe the appointed time, explained the problem and fixed it quickly and efficienetly within the terms of the insurance policy.

Alex was polite, helpful and respectful.

This was an excellent experience.

If there was a zero rating that is what…

If there was a zero rating that is what I would give. We had a working water heater that was quite old. Enercare tagged it and the nightmare it took to get a replacement of similar size and type of water heater to rent that was up to code was unbelievably stressful and confusing. No two people told us the same thing twice and the experience went from April 24th to May 15th before we finally got another working water heater installed that is up to code. Unbelievable!!

For the last few months my water bill…

For the last few months my water bill has been so high ....so I put a plan together and I do have plumbing services with enercare and Tanner and Ken came out on separate service calls and were so amazing thoroughly professional took time to answer a questions, provided great tips and completed the service call with all plumbing situation with excellent service and a smile

Matt made our experience great .

Matt made our experience exceptional from start to finish. We first worked with him when we purchased a hot water tank and were so impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and honesty that we trusted him for additional services. Since then, we’ve added a salt water system, an RO system, and most recently an AC unit.

What really sets Matt apart is his commitment to customer service. When I experienced what I thought was an allergic reaction after the installation of the water systems, he went above and beyond to help troubleshoot the issue and answer my questions. He genuinely cared about finding a solution and making sure we were comfortable.

Matt is a huge asset to the team. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly puts his customers first. We highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again in the future!

I will give 0 star if there’s an…

I will give 0 star if there’s an option. They remove the water tank and didn’t return it to the previous company, so I was been charged 7 months until I found it. And I spent 3 hours calling to try to figure it out with no solution, they still keep you waiting for the investigation. Didn’t use this company.

Made sure I had no more questions.
Noticed that my filter was in wrong and corrected it.

Brad L and Adam G

May 21 2026 Brad L and Adam G. came to install our air conditioner. They were very personable, polite and did an excellent job. They took the initiative to move the location of the new air conditioner so that I would have accesss to my outdoor water hookup. We appreciated the excellent job they did.

Maintenance contract is a scam

Everything about the maintenance contract is misleading and takes advantage. They are called to check something under the "maintenance" contract. Told it can not be fixed - too old. You can't cancel the contract as you have to pay out till the end of the year for things they can't "maintain. Why maintain new things with warranties? Oh, and contracts done by phone - Really?

Scammers

Scammers. Offered me a plumbing plan promotion that they claimed was transferable. When I went to transfer it to a new property, they said the account was transferable, not the plan, and so they wanted to start a new plan with a bunch of extra costs. Stay away from Enercare.

I bought air conditioner from them…

I bought air conditioner from them which have too many problems they unable to fix ,we told them 2 weeks ago the air conditioning is not working they sent around 5 people non of them figured the problem or even give us solution we tried to contact the manager who did not reply either…everyone has to think before joining this company
