The gym itself is sufficient, ventilation is an issue
The gym itself is sufficient, but the ventilation and lack of air flow in the gym is atrocious (Citywest location), it makes working out very uncomfortable a lot of times, as it gets way too hot in the gym.
I think it's time to make a call to the Dept of Health re the ventilation issue.

Clean gym with a warm welcome
I signed up over lockdown and rocked up today for first session. I was really impressed by the cleanliness, social distancing and overall upkeep of the place. Best of all, as a non gym-goer I found Kevin to be kind and very welcoming.

Highly recommended
This is a very good gym. It is has a decent space. They have 99% of the equipments you'll ever need. A huge and clean studio is a plus point to this place. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. The only downside, although being subjective is the songs, they can be really boring on somedays, so bring you headphones as a backup, lol. Other than that I don't see a reason why anyone would he unhappy from this place.

Basically I signed up
Basically I signed up, then they charged me my monthly fee of 30eur + sign up fee of 30 eur which came down to 60 in total first month, no problem there so far but then a few days later they sent out an email claiming they where gonna pull out the monthly fee cause the end of the month was coming up, by this time i had only been signed up for one week and had already paid my monthly fee and sign up fee.
Anyways as u can suspect they charged me again 30eur for the month so i contacted them and one of their employees kindly told me that this happens sometimes, so u know fair enough mistakes happen thats not a problem right so he told me to send a screen shot from my AIB app with the proof of payment and send it via email and they would refund me.
So i go on and do that.
Then they email me back after 3-4 days and tell me that they have never received the second payment.
Now conclusion my money is gone out of my account and no one is held accountable for it, this worries me now as it means a company can just pull out ur cash loose it and just claim that the third party company that handles all the transactions claims it didnt recieve the money even though i have screen shot of the money being taken and my total balance has been minus by 30 eur.
Now to be honest and genuine they said they would give me an extra month for free but I have no guarantee as they said they would refund and then stated otherwise.
I hope they will be kind enough to give me 1 month extra + my first month as well as I signed up and only recieved one week before the country went back into lockdown.
I will be updating this review with the outcome of my situation as I am not here to paint a negative image of the gym, the gym itself is really nice and definitely worth joining but i can not recommend it at this point in time because of myt situation.

I started training and did not receive any instructions on how to use the equipment in the right way to obtain the desired results and I also had no question of what results I would like and why I was starting on the energy what I was looking for.
The equipment comes out very good and new, but it's like giving a Ferrari to those who don't know how to drive
