I would like to have instructors…
I would like to have instructors especially to those who would have just signed up, on how to use the gym's equipment, i didnt get that. Also there is no clear know how on how to book or have a trainer which comes with the WOW package, i am even considering downgrading. Please address those grey areas otherwise you are doing well. Keep it up!

Just started to train at the very end…
Just started to train at the very end of December last year at the gym in Kettering. I would rate over experience so far as 3.8 stars so below great but above average perhaps. It is in process of being partially refurbished so I guess there would be an improvement though some showers could be fix in no time in my opinion. Not very hot water under one, second broken but that might change I hope. Other cons would be same music being played that I heard there about 7 years ago with does not invite to excersising and everyone has got they own earphones etc with should probably give some hints to staff and last it is quite dark upstairs with could be improved especially in winter season but other wise everything is fine, it is near town centre and you will have free parking, machines working fine, people behaving and it is very affordable and is open for quite long during a day.

When first joining I was nervous but that nervousness went right away because of how the staff were totally warm and welcoming to new starters . The gym it’s self is great the size of it is perfect for what you need as it has everything you would need for your goals

Friendly gym - good value for money
Sign up was slow and had no enthusiasm in the employee’s mannerisms. We didn’t get shown around on sign up. However Sean is very helpful and supports on every visit.
Gym is small but good value.
Love the competitions as it creates some team spirit and you get to make new acquaintances within the setting.
Love how active the gym is on socials keeping me up to date with what’s going on!

Easy to set up membership
Easy to set up membership. Clear instructions regarding pandemic procedures. No fuss when using the gym. Staff helpful, but not intrusive. So far, so good....!

Iam a new member too the gym
Iam a new member too the gym and I suffer with anxiety at first I was really scared too go too the gym because of how skinny iam and thought that I wouldn’t be able too bring myself too go but I got the courage too go and went in and joined up and was amazed how friendly and helpful the staff are a few in perticular are allways very welcoming and make u feel at ease which puts my anxiety at ease and makes me go back and exercise more than I thought I would .
