Very nicely done
I’ve loved going to Energie between lockdowns - and I’m not a gym person. There is a good variety of brand-new equipment, all disinfected; staff are friendly and helpful, and they have managed to make the weights area open and not at all intimidating. The gym is a real bonus for the area, I hope it survives and flourishes.

Open arms members of staff!!!
I think the was open in a very difficult and challenging time, but since it was open the management and staff have also been very helpful to members who attend the gym daily. They are always available to help, they approached members and help them with their exercise when they are struggling or show them how to use certain equipment. I for one came to the gym with chronic low back problems, one of the staff members helped me to stretch my back and gave me certain exercises to perform and this has really make me feel better then when I first join. I don’t want to bore you with a lengthy easy, but to cut everything short energy gym Thornton Heath is a good and friend place to be and I will recommend to anyone looking for a good and friendly place to train.

Excellent local community gym
I am very satisfied with Energie Fitness gym group exercise classes. If i am unable to attend i take part in the virtual online classes.
One request i have is for there to be an evening Body Pump/ Power Pump or Les Miles class.

First time joining the gym
First time joining the gym, was a little nervous before I got there on my first day but felt very comfortable. All the staff there are very polite. I enjoy the spinning lessons there. I've really got to big up personal trainers Justin, Sho and maria. 5*
