Disgusting
gym and bad! there is no space!few leg exercise machine! the trash is always full, they don't clean! the card to enter the gym doesn't work.. one of the employees doesn't want to help I asked Mike for help twice about the entrance key, he didn't help me! was rude! the next day I asked luke for help, who was super friendly and helped me in seconds ! thanks Luke!! you always have a smile on your face!… leaving the gym..

Rude owner, poor hygiene in gym
Unfortunately I've had to downgrade my review significantly.
This is down to:
The very rude owner who made me wait outside (in freezing temps) while downloading the new entry system app. He is disgusting.
The drain stank for weeks, it was revolting.
Only 1 staff member treats their role like an actual job- the One star is for Her.
I'm seeking to change gyms, I would not recommend this gym at all.

Could do better?
This is a good local gym, but due to my unsocial working hours i attend between 1:30am and 5:30am. Unfortunately, when I get there the gyms music has been so loud it's verging on obnoxious... Also, I have observed some areas of the gym neglect getting cleaned! There is a backdoor / emergency exit with paint chips all around it! Does anyone actually vacuum out properly...?

The gym is good for the price and size
The gym is good for the price and size. It is confusing what the classes are because they have non conventional names and no descriptions before you sign up and after you sign up only a short description. The gym would benefit from having a window or door open as this has been shown to significantly improve the likelihood of covid not spreading. It would be good to have more classes with between 6-8pm starts and more at the Weekend. It would good if you offered more strength building classes that are slower and more considered movements and outdoor classes.

Friendly staff - lack of fitness classes an issue
Friendly, helpful staff - clean gym with good range of equipment. Only downside for me is that I've booked 6 or 7 fitness classes and only 1 has gone ahead, pretty frustrating.
