Energy Advice Line provides the facility to receive regular emails detailing the weekly wholesale price of gas and electricity, helping you to decide when to switch.
Their account manager provided comprehensive comparisons of energy prices and he always replied to emails promptly. Unlike many energy brokers I have had the misfortune to deal with, he was not 'pushy' at all.
