Awesome value, great product!
The flowers came packaged in a beautiful box and were in perfect shape. We ended up using 5 vases and distributed them around the house. They lasted for over 2 weeks before we had to throw them out. Awesome value, great product, I highly recommend this company for flowers.

My mom loved the first delivery. Said flowers were beautiful and there was a lot and they lasted a long time. She has since had two more deliveries. Each month she gets less flowers, more filler, and they look less healthy. I hope the quality changes back with the next order

All of our bouquets have the same amount of stems in every delivery, however, please bear in mind not all flowers have the same characteristics, for example, the size of blooms and the time they last; With proper care, a rose can last up to 7-10 days while our exclusive Alstroemeria called Charmelia (included in your first delivery) can last up to a month. Great Flowers TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
If the flowers were not so great I would have canceled my account. They last a long time. But if you sign up for a subscription be forwarned. even though they say they can offer you a set of dates each month the flowers arrive....they won't hold to that promise. 2X now I have been out of town when flowers arrived.
If your lucky to get someone from customer service to email you back (they don't have a phone number) the person will either be really defensive, will give you an email that was intended for some else or most of the time they just ignore your email all together. I still may cancel my subscription. Unfortunately I prepaid so I would have to deal with customer service. If this company could take the feedback they are getting from other sites and really work on their customer service they could bypass their competitors. The quality is the winning feature. Too bad I am so mad and anxiety filled in wondering if I will be home when flowers come and if the customer service team will do what they say they will. Or if I will be heard at all or just ignored.

Perfect Mother-in-Law gift
We ordered the monthly delivery for my Mother-in-Law who is very particular about flowers. She lives in Iowa and she says they have been delivered in great condition, are beautiful flowers, nice large bouquets, and they last a long time. She has really enjoyed them. One thing I wish would improve is the accurate tracking of the shipment. Since its very cold there right now, I want her to know exactly when they might be left on her door. I do receive the email that they were shipped and a tracking number, but after they've left Columbia "there is no tracking available". I've signed up to receive notifications but I only receive the text AFTER they've been left on her porch. If she's not home or out of town, this presents a problem. An estimated date and time frame (like are available for other UPS packages) would be great!

Perfect enough for my Mother, "the woman who has everything."
The flowers arrive in perfect condition month after month. They include blossoms that are starting to open, PLUS many more that are closed-----and open gradually and beautifully over the next couple of weeks. The variety of flowers, in addition to the stage of bloom, assures that I have flowers for about 3 weeks. I am "flowerless" for only a week before the next delivery arrives! This is the best gift ever! So great, in fact, that I made the same gift to my Mother------the classic (and classy!) woman who has everything.
