If I could rate 0 state I would. I ordered a pair of cargo trousers then realised I hadn't received a confirmation email which I thought was a bit weird, so I emailed the address on a website which was a fake email address and tried ringing which was a false number. I then found another email and phone number on the site, the phone number just kept ringing, ive tried a few times and no answer I also tried emailing the other email address asking about my order and why I've had no order confirmation or anything as the monehs come out of my bank and haven't recieved any reply. I'm really annoyed as yeah it nay only have been 25 quid but I'm not the only person this has happened to, it's the principle of it just scamming people and getting away with it. It's not fair on us buying things from their website. Would not recommend

I brought a coat and it was such good quality and didn’t wait long for it to come.

Quick delivery great quality. My daughter been in the shop but didn’t bought the dress she liked. Good that I can shop online. Time for Christmas present 👍🎉

I have recently purchased a jacket from EntireDesire for my daughter for xmas. The purchase went through, £53.99 was taken out of my account so was awaiting the item. A week went by, nothing, so I emailed them to chase up when i’d be receiving it. They emailed back to say the item was out of stock when I purchased it, they were awaiting new stock the following week and it would be sent out within 48 hours. 2 weeks on and a week before xmas and I’ve still not received it or had a response to further emails! Surely if an item is out of stock on purchase then I should have been informed of this before any payment was taken out!!!

Do not order from here took £70 for a coat 5 weeks ago coat never arrived now not answering calls

Definitely would not order from this company again I sent for a pair of boots did not receive them even written to the company to see what was happening with them no response so I had to contact my PayPal provider to get my refund back

Ordered on 28th nov had to email 2 weeks later to be told they was out of stock but yet put down as shipped

I still haven’t received my order and Royal Mail have no tracking details, on 3rd email got a reply but blamed Royal Mail strikes and I should receive shortly. I will be asking for refund again or contact my credit card company shortly

If there was a lower score than one they would be getting it. Zero customer service, zero communication. Taken £70 from my account and no product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM-THEY ARE THIEVES! Order 6824 for reference

SCAM! Do not order from here I ordered a 75 pound coat which I have not received I emailed them loads of times no one got back to me I messaged on Facebook to be told it would be here last Wednesday still didn’t come now there not answering my messages I’ve had no messages of Royal Mail either or any emails or anything about my parcel absolutely disgraceful

Revived the coat and the fur bit on the hood had 2 of the loops that hold it to the hood broken, sent 2 emails asking for them to send just the fit bit but had no response from them, so I gave up and mended it my self which I shouldn’t have to of done on a brand new product

I have not recieved my order. Contacted the seller twice both time he assured me he would rectify the issue and both times he failed to do so.

Clothes is perfect ! The problem is the service ,they just don’t reply to email or it takes forever.

My daughter purchased a coat/jacket. It has issues where the hood attachments are breaking. Entire Design are refusing to answer our emails.

the coat i’ve ordered is absolutely stunning however the hood broke within a week of having it i’ve emailed but haven’t had a reply yet other then that it’s a lovely company

The only problem I had was been charged 23 euro for customs as I wasn't aware of. Also dress was put down as jacket worth 79 pounds which was wrong as it was a dress that was 30. So disappointed

Ordered a pair of cargos, which were too small so I sent them back and still haven’t had a refund, despite ringing once and emailing multiple times, it’s awful and they clearly don’t care for customers even tho I would order other items from their website as there are some lovely things but the refunding process puts me off spending any more money.
