*ZERO STARS* Only it wouldn’t let me

I would of put zero if it would let me. Ordered things for my daughter for Christmas, had confirmation order of the shipment, it still hasn’t turned up (11/1/22). Emailed them to ask where it was with a reply saying they can’t fulfil my order. I’ve emailed them a number of times with no reply. I’d just like a refund. Unacceptable!

Absolutely disgusting customer service!! I still haven't received my order! Which was supposed to be next delivery!!! Its a scamm!

Ordered a £65 coat and turned up a few days after was bank joliday so royal mail werent working. Good quality and perfect fit. Would definitely buy here again. Read some other reviews and got a little worried but it turned up and its beautiful exactly like the photo!!

massively upset with paying nearly £100

massively upset with paying nearly £100 for items and 24 hour delivery. not received any confirmation email nor am i getting any response from facebook, instagram or emails. will be taking this further today as i can now see i’m not the only one in this situation. absolutely fuming!

now just received a generic response everyone is receiving asking me to email which as i stated i’ve already done! if i don’t receive my order or a full refund today, i will be taking this further as have managed to get the names of the people running this business.

Paid an extra £10 for next day delivery…

Paid an extra £10 for next day delivery on the 23rd of December but my package still hasnt arrived and the date is the 29th

There was an issue with delivery but this was amicably resolved and I received a full refund

I placed an order with Entire Desire on…

I placed an order with Entire Desire on Sunday which 6 days ago, I’ve spent £128 , 2 of the items were Christmas presents for my mum who is now only going to have half a Christmas present because the order still hasn’t arrived and it said it would be next day delivery!! They have taken my money but not sent my goods I’m so upset as this is a lot of money for me! I sent them an email 3 days ago to which they did actually reply a day later to basically say they haven’t even processed my order yet because of some weird red alert that had flagged up which did really make any sense, because there was nothing on my end that would have flagged up I put all my personal details in like address,name and card bank details, they even took my money so they was now to process the payment quite fine but there having trouble now processing my order and getting them sent to me!? Why?? I replied about 4 emails explaining that I didn’t understand what they mean and surely they would have contacted me to say there was an issue with anything before they processed my payment I’ve had no reply for 2 days now! I got sent a text message last night saying they’ve refunded me £56 RANDOM I never asked for a refund I asked for my items to be sent out ASAP which I’ve payed for! The text was from a worry number and also £56 isn’t even the amount I payed I payed £127! I checked my bank anyway and there has been no money sent to me at all, I really feel like I’ve been scammed, apart from the emails I’ve sent them there is no other way to contact them I don’t know what’s happening I don’t know if I’m going to get my clothes and my mum won’t be getting the two lovley tops I ordered her in time for Christmas which is so embarrassing for me! Can some from entire desire please contact me if the clothes aren’t getting sent then I need a FULL refund ASAP!! This has ruined my Christmas!!!!!
