Sent the wrong size and Very low quality material
Sent the wrong size I ordered a 6 and they sent me a L which isn’t even a numbered size but if you convert it isn’t even a 6. The material was baggy and was very plastic I wasn’t expecting real leather just comparing to similar coats my friends have.

I bought a Rara pleated skirt from Entire Desire, which I had to return for a refund because the skirt was too short and too small.
This seller has refused to refund my money after the product has been sent back to them and they even signed the Royal Mail return slip.
This seller is untrustworthy and dubious. People stop patronising them as they have bad reputation with refunding customers money.

False advertisement and no replies
Received my coat and it was different to what was shown in the picture, packed it back up and sent it back, emailed to say I'm sending it back its not what I wanted as its different to the picture shown in website, asked for my refund and I've heard nothing. This was last Friday, and I've still heard nothing, £120 coat, I want my refund!!!
