Eventually happy with my order
Eventually happy with my order. So I checked the website , then placed my order . I was given a tracking number and told I would be informed once dispatched . I never received confirmation of dispatch . Then I read some bad reviews on line, which obviously got me worried . Luckily I eventually heard back from them, and received my purchase, which I was very happy with . Customer service could be a bit better , apparently jacket was out of stock . They were apologetic and I am pleased with my daughters jacket .

3 weeks ago. Was sent 2 wrong ones which cost me £9.99 to send back. Received one email from them and heard nothing since. Now my emails are showing non delivery notification. They owe my 14 year old £60 in total of her saved for birthday money or the coat I did order and the £9.99 delivery fee. Do not order from them!
