It seems that someone was selling fake tickets for a show with Ents24 branding on them.
Always buy tickets from the Ents24 website directly or another official seller. Please don't buy from people selling tickets on social media, as many of them are scammers.

Upsell avoidance is a full time job
Buying a ticket - great
Navigating the plethora of attempts to get your money - awful.
• AirBNB upsell
• Foodbank contribution
• Service charge
• SMS confirmation
• Cancellation cover
• Stupid cashback subscription
Talk about taking every opportunity to extricate your cash.
Either run the service for free and give me all the advertising.
Or charge me a service charge but spare me the advertising.
Not both.
Update: I appreciate Ents24 replying. Some of these services are useful ones to have the option of (e.g. cancellation cover), some are much less so.
Maybe there's a way streamline the process and make them clearer so it's a win/win for everyone. All the best!

As you have seen, we offer a number of additional services, such as cancellation cover if you can't make the show due to illness etc, and we also carry advertising on Ents24.
These optional services help us to keep the price you pay for your tickets as low as possible and also allow us to keep the website running. We're an independent listings guide, and we list every single event that we know about, regardless of who is selling the tickets. That's something that the ticketing giants definitely don't do.

Booking tickets to see the Skids was very easy and stress free . I recieved my e-tickets within seconds and in a format that meant I could also print my tickets for peace of mind . The overall service was very good .

I booked tickets for Nearly Elton
I booked tickets for Nearly Elton
at The Forum , Northallerton on 26th Feb. On contacting The Forum they said they had not allocated any tickets to ENTS 24 for this event and no tickets had been booked in my name.They also said it was very difficult to contact ENTS24 with any complaints. I filled in
the query form on ENTS 24 website asking for a refund and just got a reply saying no refund was possible. How can they sell tickets they don’t have and then not refund me, this is a con!

Trying to contact customer service
Trying to contact customer service, but their contact method won’t let you without an order number.
I’m searching Eeic and Ern.
On the schedule it says Victoria theatre halifax on 13/14 November 2026. I thought great, but when you click on it, it goes through to the same dates but at the Victoria wood theatre in barrow in Furness….(not halifax) but without an order number, I’ve got no way to contact them to see which one is right.

Appalling waste of time and money
I knew this would be a bit different and probably near the mark but the whole show was crude, badly acted, staged and not all funny. I'm not a prude so was prepared for it to be slightly offensive but I was shocked at the language, innuendos and gestures which were absolutely disgusting. A couple in front of us left within half an hour and we (a party of nine) walked out at the interval. Very disappointed.
