Grace was absolutely great from beginning to the end. Personal touch and concern for both buyers and seller made the process much easier. The whole process from setup to launch was well managed. Photo service and marketing helped for a quick sale.

Entwistle Green, Blackpool are probably the worst estate agency I have dealt with in a very crowded field. I agreed to them letting a flat I owned and they failed to make me aware that the tenant had failed the reference check. They rang and asked if I would accept a guarantor for the rent, but gave me no explanation as to why that was required. The tenant was the worst tenant I have ever experienced in 30 years of letting property. He assaulted three policemen in the house, threatened my other tenants and myself. He was dealing in Spice and was, for the most part drugged up to his eyeballs. He wrecked the flat which had just been renovated and paid no rent at all apart from the initial amount. I was given no help from the office and in the end had to pay him £700 to leave. They have kept the deposit he paid and said they can't pay it back to either of us. I cannot recommend this agency in any way, shape or form.

So refreshing to deal with enthusiastic knowledgeable staff. Rachael was fantastic on the phone and left a great first impression. Poppy came to do the valuation and was really took time to discuss everything and again had the knowledge and was prepared fully. They put themselves out for viewings etc where others estate agents make little effort to accommodate a date a time you need. I will 100% be using these girls. Brilliant 👏

First valuation was cancelled by them as it was apparently booked, under the wrong branch, only told on the morning of the valuation , second valuation missed as valuer was ill, told I'd have to wait 2 weeks for another booking. Didn't want to take the chance as I'd already taken two days off work for them. Understand people get ill but when you've let someone down twice you move them to the head of the queue not keep them waiting for another 2 weeks.

There tenants next to use have been the worst in civilised people I have seen in my life. They have smashed up there property drugs on the street police have been involved more times then I count absolute living hell for over 5 years. But somehow these people think it's fine to keep such an abusive rough tenant in the same property. Were sick to death of them. Weve complained so many times to them and police nothing gets done. There tenant dings loudly all day of the top of her voice were fed up. I will be taking legal action against this agancy

We see in second month renting our house out via Preston office !
And so far it has been issues after issues
They never explained charges any charges at all they just charged literally the whole months rent
Then they used the horrible horrible horrible cleaning ladies !
Then very very overpriced company to sort the j use out just to paint some wall they wanted to charge almost £900
I’m shocked
If you are a landlord STAY AWAY FROM PRESTON OFFICE AGENTS
You will be out of pocket overpaying for every single thing they will not resolve your complaints at all !

The agent accepts an offer and then puts on the listing that anyone hoping submit a higher offer before exchange, while a buyer is completing conveyancing, should be ashamed.

Why would you trust them either as a buyer or seller?

Waste of time
On the market for 8 months, dropped the 99k price to 85k and all the viewings after that were Asian landlords wanting 30k off that !!!
The biggest concern is they never answered the phone, I called over 100 times and got answered 3 times, left voicemail but no reply, totally unprofessional, never even had my property advertised in branch, but had plenty boards with property sold that could be removed, the sale board was on a thin stick in the garden that did not stand the weather, I asked to be sorted out but nothing, and after all this the sale fee would have been £2300, even if sold for 85000, double other agents, would not recommend at all

We rent via Entwistle Green, and our main office is St Helens. The staff are amazing and Karen, our lettings manager is great to, I would definitely recommend Entwistle Green St Helens

I was recommended by an agency Get Agent (where you can compare different agencies) to contact Entwistle Green as I want to find out about either letting or selling my property in Liverpool City Centre. I spoke to a lady on Wednesday and said that I would like to arrange a combined viewing for letting and sales and she gave me some slots. I then spoke to my managing agent and asked him to be present at the property at the time we arranged also confirmed with Entwistle (Kelis Rogers). I not only spoke to her on the phone, I was then sent an email and two text messages to confirm that Sophie Marlow will be visiting. My agent waited for them for sometime and they never turned up. They did not even have the courtesy to call me and tell me they weren't coming, but finally when I called them and asked them what happened and why no one turned up - that lady had the audacity to tell me that I hadn't confirmed. I was aghast. Instead of apologising that they decided not to turn up, they actually blamed me after the appointment had been confirmed on 4 occasions. I still cant believe they blatantly lied to me on my face. Definitely avoid. And when I came to do a review of this agency - I saw that their rating is 2.6 - which says a lot.

Old Swan Branch - As a company they are abhorent and make the process for first time buyers stressful and difficult. Rang up for several properties, no viewings offered as was supposedly under offer, took copious amounts of information, offered a paid package to search and offer first viewing options before properties come on the market. Bombarded me daily with sales pitches and mortgage advise deals emails and other nonsense. I have continued to block and report. Money hungry scammers.

I can't understand how the people can use this garbage agency to sell their property. It is 3 months that I looking to buy house and I call them at less 20 time for different properties , guess what ?
Nobody answer!
I will never call them again, absolutely garbage !

I WILL NEVER USE THIS AGENT AGAIN, so unprofessional and unorganised and the most rudest women who deals with deposits.

I had lived in my little flat for nearly 13 years very happily only be told that the owner was wanting to sell, this isnt the issue, the issue is how i was managed by the Allerton Road branch and the rude and obnoxious the lady who deals with deposits. i spent many hours cleaning the apartment before leaving and had photographic evidence of this only to receive a report to the contrary saying it was dirty dusty and in a state of disrepair, i looked after this property whilst there and it was spotless when i left. I really want to make a complaint about the whole thing but i cant find an email address to contact.

I recently attended a viewing of a rental property in Liverpool City Centre and was greeted by friendly Ryan Rooney.

Ryan was very professional, with excellent knowledge of the property and no question was left unanswered. Ryan provided advice and guidance which assisted me with securing a tenancy for the property.
