They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY letting and selling agent . They have shared my personal information about buying property among other team risking my sale.

Also they have double standards as agency. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO SELL / BUY / RENT properties through them.

Their customer grievances team is BIAS and will not support you at any cost, find problem in your communication itself.

Basically you are fooling yourself, waste of time , money and resources if you do business with them .

Dreadful. Told us that we had to be there in person to view properties when we're trying to move from another city and work full time so we can't go in person. Won't do virtual viewings or phone calls for us and won't accept offers without viewing the property first. Shambles. How do people move cities when they can't be at all accommodating for anyone else's needs? Embarrassing company and embarrassing policies. Totally unhelpful staff who just sigh down the phone at you. Makes moving so much more stressful when it's completely unnecessary. Just offer virtual viewings!

Edit: made the long trip for a viewing. They didn't even bother to show up. This was after changing the time at the last minute and getting our booking wrong multiple times.

Abby was extremely helpful in the process of me trying to rent a house. She was very good at keeping up with communication and went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything, and that everything was in order for the day of move. She is very kind and a very professional person and I would highly recommend anyone to go with her from entwhistle green.

My offer was accepted more than 1 month ago in St Helens, survey done and no sales memo yet issued to my solicitor to process purchase deal.
No reply to calls and emails.
Before doing survey which is costly, agent confirmed the property sold vacant possession and no chain.

Now still awaiting follow up work from the agent.
Rather frustrating.
After 3 months, I was finally contacted by the agent that the owner took off property from the market and the tenant moved out finally.

A very disappointing experience, would avoid. My first tenant through an agent was unfortunately with Entwistle Green (Allerton branch) checks were supposedly carried out before moving in, but somehow huge debt was carried over and bailiffs still attend my property for them, even now they have moved on. I was continuously told one thing over the phone, and then an email would shortly follow to say something different, which shows poor communication amongst the team.
My house was fully turned into a cannabis farm for the 12month duration of the tenancy, which the (third party) who carried out an inspection failed to notice or take photos of the many holes cut out of the ceilings, electric cupboard, or related equipment lying around. Once I carried out the 12 month inspection myself and saw the significant water damage, I referred back to the 6 month photos by third party and when zoomed in the evidence was there for them to see!
Once I got the tenant out, I was owed rent arrears, and to add insult to injury EW asked for £150 for a check out inspection (same third party with attention to detail) and the rent/legal protection cover I'd paid for all along failed to protect me/refuse to assist because it was under 2 months worth of rent owed.
I tried solid for a week to get in touch with the office, left multiple voicemails, and after emailing I was promised a call back and heard nothing. Even though I wouldn't dream about going through these agents again, I was surprised by them ignoring me, as fee's would be involved for them in helping me find a new tenant.
Overall shocking experience with this agent, and was enough to put anyone off renting property out.

Allerton branch lettings, Never seem to be able to answer the phone when calling them, never call back when leaving messages, emails not responded to either.

I was really impressed with the service and help I received from Entwistle Green Lettings. I was struggling to find a house and Emma Dyson was so helpful and friendly.She made the process so much easier and was always by the phone and returned my calls the same day, I was kept updated with information and felt like she would help as much as she could. I had not received the time and help with any other agent like I did with Entwistle Green. I would highly recommend 👌

Really upset with this company. Arranged a viewing for a property and showed up early. Waited 20 minutes, called many times and had no answer. When we finally got through, we were told the property was no longer available and they were dishonest with us, claiming to have called and left a message (no missed calls, no voicemails).

I was really impressed by professionalism, support and kindness of staff at Widnes/Runcorn office, especially Amy and Oliver. They are there to answer all your queries and go a mile to help in whichever way. I do recommend Widnes office in all aspects of letting and selling issues. Can't thank you both enough. Cheers

The worst experience in my life , very unprofessional behaviour by the landlord as well as the agency, first they said to move as soon as possible and after chasing the references when everything was complete the landlord said i no longer want to continue , wasting time and i had no where to go as I already gave a notice to my previous landlord it was quite un pathetic and absolutely not acceptable behaviour entirely rude people the dont deserve to advertise an property

One of the worst agency we dealt with. Unprofessional approach from the allerton branch manager. Raised official complaint to their customer service but offered £50 as compensation !!! Refused their offer as money was not our intention but no further action taken against the complaint. Due to time constraints did not move further.

It was the first time for myself buying and selling at the same time, when people tell you it's stressful, believe them. I was based at the Bolton branch of entwistle green and everyone was kind and listened, however, the only person that could run that place with her eyes close was Hayley. No disrespect to others but I got to the point that every time I rang, the response was "I'll ask Hayley". The manager eventually stepped in after things did so long and my mother had to go chasing up lease hold documents, was unfortunate Hayley was off work. Give the girl a raise. She could run the place single handed.

Entwistle Green (St Helens)

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star review and even that is being generous. After telling us that we were going to be given another contract after our renewal date by the way a week and a half later we were issued with an section 21 no fault eviction so they lied. Apparently the landlord was sentenced to 10 years in prison which has nothing to do with us but when we did find a property they wouldn't allow us to leave earlier. They lied from the start and then we get given a council tax bill for 4 days after we moved out. We moved out on the 24th November they have charged us until the 28th November. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RENTAL AGENT. I SERIOUSLY WOULDN'T GO THROUGH THEM AT WHATEVER THE COST. There unscrupulous and pushy and useless and the staff turnover is terrible.

Very disappointed. Arranged a Lettings valuation last week for 11am in L4. Didn't bother to turn up. Called and the agent was on the phone and would call back Left another two messages and again nothing. Also has the sales team booked for 2.30.pm. then got a call at 2.50 with a desk top valuation. Why can't people communicate. Very frustrating and very disappointing as we are not often up in Liverpool. Won't bother with them again.

I was rushed to move in by Martin from Entwistle Green Lettings Bury branch even though the property was nowhere near ready to be rented. Had several issues, damage, mould and things missing. The rent is stupidly high for what you get. Had nothing but stress with the property. Wish I never signed the contract.

Excellent service from start to finish. Kept us updated throughout the process and answered queries promptly. Nothing was too much. Highly recommend.

I arrived in Warrington in January knowing nobody in the city. Searching a flat online did not help a lot. Walking by entwistle green i decided to enter and ask for more info! Luckily Mrs Dora Seimeni was there who was more than helpful. After she showed me some flats in the city, indecided to review one. Dora could not be more helpful really, she explained everything thoroughly and helped me understand how the bills work, how to accommodate etc. being totally new in the country knowing nothing, i m thankful that i found her. Entwistle Green as well was immediately next to me when something needed to be fixed in my flat! 5 stars, can’t recommend enough both the agency and my agent Dora.
