I ordered an iPad pro only in stock at Eplehuset Tromsø. So there was no option to buy online but buy in the store and the chat support team helped me a lot with all my concerns and questions. So within one week I recieved my iPad. Besides, Eplehuset Tromsø packed my iPad very carefully. 10 stars for this experience!

Total chaos in the store and warehouse
I ordered and payed blue ipad cover. when i come to the store I was given black one and was said that it's a mistake and they don't have blue. Why I got the messge that it's ready then?
When I rejected black one I was offered to get blue cover delivered to me from warehouse in two days. I got neither cover nor any message. Two days later in the store again I was said that warehouse don't have blue covers also. What a mess.
I bought this cover as a gift, so didn't have time to wait and agreed on black one, but this don't change everything I described above.

I ordered Macbook Air months ago
I ordered Macbook Air months ago. And 3 weeks after i ordered it i get an email that they cant produce it. They should have contact me straight away. After i answered to them its gone 2 more weeks and i havent got an answer back. VERY DISSAPOINTING.
