Ordered Apple Watch series 7 online in November 2021. This followed by 4 months' of excuses why my purchase was unavailable / out of stock. Finally received my purchase in March 2022. Four months!!! Come on, people...

the adapter which I bought from you is not working with iPad. I don't understand why you are selling it without checking before.

Terribly slow and non-responsive…
Terribly slow and non-responsive customer service. I will NEVER buy anything from them even if it is a bit cheaper (which was not in my case). Waiting a month to hear anything back. My case still has not been resolved. :(
