I asked for a screen change and that…
I asked for a screen change and that was done. However, the service person said she encountered difficulties in my repair (that should last 1h) but did not explain what. In the end I waited for almost 2 days to get my phone back. Moreover, my phone was wiped and reset to factory without my knowledge and no warning from the service person. Not even the employee who delivered my phone was aware of that since he wanted me to pay via Vipps, which was obviously not possible with a wiped phone. (yes I know I accepted the terms that say you are not responsible for data loss, but I expected a better communication. I didn’t know screen changing required resetting the phone for example).
Overall I was very disappointed because for the high price I paid and Eplehuset being authorized by Apple, I would expect an Apple-like high level service and customer communication, which was not the case. Also the time it took since I lacked the details on my problem was not ok.

Much confusion
I searched on eplehuset.no for the availability of Magic Mouse 2 in my local store. It showed Sold Out. I tried to order one. I was offered 100kr discount if I signed up for newsletter. I did but there was no place to use the coupon.
Then I dropped by at the store and found out they had many on stock. So I cancelled the order.
Much confusion.

Delivered inn an ´dead´ mac air
Delivered inn an ´dead´ mac air. Got message back that it was not possible to repair this. Investigation costs 500 nok. I have bought an new one. Now I was last month in Holland, gave this ´dead´ machine to an official Apple repair house. The fixed the problem in less then 1 hour, costs 450 NOK. What is possible??? It was a very small problem. Thanks Eplehuset for ´good´ service.
