A lovely group of people, being an elderly pensioner I had a great experience with these, they are very polite and professional and they came recomended by my pension group..

Being a pensioner I thought oh young lads no, but then when they turned up they wasn't all young lads and they was very professional, very polite, easy to deal with, I offered them drinks but they had their own and was extremely professional and polite especially to us elderly...

I certainly have and will recomend their services they are highly rated and was very professional

From making the first phone call, it took a couple of days for the quote, then fitted the boiler a couple of day’s later great service highly recommended and thanks for the service

Just had a new boiler fitted and the service is brilliant and always so helpful and caring. All the staff in the office and all the staff that come to your home are very efficient. A big thank you my home is warm after having problems in the cold spell.

This is our second time using this company, they were excellent the first time, around 5 years ago, and so didn’t hesitate contacting them again.
This was not a normal refit, we wanted to install toilet and sink units into what had been an office. There was no water into the room, and so Lewis had to source from other pipes around our house.
We cannot recommend Lewis or the company enough, nothing is a problem, and his knowledge and work is extremely professional. He made the impossible possible!

We had a full heating system upgrade from 1 pipe to 2 pipe system, boiler moved to loft and some radiators replaced - a big job! Nathan and his team had it fully completed in 2 days to a high standard at a great price. Highly recommended.

Had New CH system fitted earlier in the year and the whole process was done smoothly and efficiently from first phone call to the quote for the works then the installation works.
Engineers were very good and friendly and followed the guidelines for the pandemic at all times.

Since then we have had a few minor problems which were dealt with very quickly and efficiently

Would recommend Essex plumbing and heating to anyone who requires any heating works doing

Essex Heating & Solar were not the cheapest quote and not the most expensive either, but they came highly recommended and I’m glad we went with them. The quote was prompt and detailed. The workmen were always on time, polite and courteous and worked diligently. They were always respectful of our home and took measures to protect the wife’s new carpet. The guys did a great job and were quick to consult us on how we wanted the finished work to look. They did a great job and left the place clean and tidy, and we were really pleased with the end result. Aftercare is always a good sign of a company’s integrity and aftercare service is excellent as I called Kelly about a user error and they were prompt to get somebody out to me. Good company to get your work done in my opinion.

I can’t tell you how impressed I was with this company. It was a neighbour that recommend them. I had a whole new central heating system put into a 4-5 bed house to replace the old 1970’s system. Ian & Darren were so neat and tidy taking all rubbish away and disposing of the old rads, boiler and hot water tank even filling holes and repairing floors etc where they needed access. Really friendly and informative nothing was too much trouble even Nathan popping around to check after work to make sure it was running as it should. I will definitely use you guys again for other work and to maintain this new system. The quote also was amazing considering I had 12 new rads and a state of the art combi boiler. Thanks again.

Had a new boiler fitted recently. Installation was professional and quick. Couple of very minor issues were promptly dealt with. Very happy with this company and happy to recommend.

Excellent company. Very friendly and easy to deal with. We had a new pressurized water tank fitted during lockdown and service was brilliant.

They installed my new boiler and radiators and I also have a service plan which includes an annual Boiler service.
Engineers always helpful if I have any questions.

Always Use Essex Heating for all my servicing both at mine and my tenanted house. Wouldn't trust anyone else not to rip me off. All staff so friendly and helpful

Installed my Worcester Boiler 7 years ago, annual service included with plumbing / electrical plan, used to be British Gas, more economical and great service from Nathan and his team. Nick, Bishops Stortford.

Excellent company to deal with.
Their staff that came to do my boiler servicing was a pleasure to have in our home, very polite and completed the work to a very good standard.

Yep, very pleased with the finished bathroom and does look stunning... More importantly, one or two minor snags after work completed but they were addressed really quickly which was equally as pleasing as the finished bathroom.. Great job all round..

From the moment I walked into the showroom until Gavin signed off my new bathroom I can only describe the whole experience as FIRST CLASS !!
A perfect job - great guys and the tidiest workmen I’ve ever seen!!!
