An amazing company. Very efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. They did not try to rip us off like other companies and were honest and upfront the whole way through. They left the building in an immaculate condition to the extent that we did not even realise that they had been. Probably the best workmen i have had work for me in over 22 years. definitely recommend.

I have used EHS on a number of occasions now for both servicing and repairs and I have always had the most positive experiences. The most recent issue, where there was a problem with the electronics in the thermostat, was sorted quickly [we had 2 visits in one day to assess the issue - which we weren't charged for] the part was then ordered wit first class communication and transparency on price.

Can't speak highly enough of them.

I have used Essex Heating fore about the last five years to service my boiler and have found their personnel to be efficient in what they do.
When it was found that my boiler needed replacing, as it was 14 years old and had limit life span.
I was quite happy to use Essex Heating as I new their price would be competitive and their work quality good.
I was not mistaken.

Just had a boiler installed by Essex Heating. I requested a quote through the Worcester Bosch website. They were the first to respond and came round the same day to assess the work. Since we had no heating they arranged for a fitter to come out at the weekend. The fitter did a great job in good time and the system is working fine now.

We needed a new boiler and radiators and were recommended Essex Solar & Heating. From start to finish the whole experience was great- from the quotation to the measuring and installation - no problems, no stress and all done quickly and efficiently. There was no mess left and the work was done in one day. Would recommend them to anyone and hope to use them again some day

Very quick service, decent pricing. Guys who turned up were very polite, got on with the job quickly and efficiently. Any questions or problems I had throughout were answered, always a friendly voice at the end of the phone if needed. Would highly recommend.

They were quick to come and quote, after discussing our needs in the phone, and understanding in our time taken to make a decision and didn't put pressure on us. There was some confusion over our options when they initially came to install but this was quickly resolved and a new install date quickly sorted. During the install they were very tidy, informative and all done in a day. Although we had to wait a few days to complete the electrics and blocking off work.
We also had some issues where the higher water pressure caused some leaks, which can happen with a combi boiler on older pipework and was explained to us before the work started, but they came and fixed these really quickly. We've been happy with the boiler since and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new boiler.

We had Essex Heating & Solar in to switch out our boiler. They were quick, efficient and the boiler has worked since.

The measure of a good company is not how they work when things go right but when things don't go to plan. Our houses' plumbing is dated and a little more complicated than need be and a new and more efficient boiler unearthed a few longstanding issues with the system.

They worked tirelessly to sort out all problems and were exceptionally supportive throughout, offering us advice, guidance and what was always a fair price.

We would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Essex Heating & Solar boiler installation and plumbing maintenance service. I needed a new boiler for a buy to let property. My tenants, with two pre-school children are very important to me and so I wanted to ensure that the replacement boiler was installed by professionals who could provide CRB / DBS disclosures for their engineers and could also offer a plumbing maintenance contract for the whole property going forward. The quote from Essex Heating & Solar was not the cheapest but more competitive than British Gas and I preferred to go with a local company who had the resources and experience to install, service and maintain, rather than opting for the cheaper one man band quote. I was provided with the CRB / DBS disclosures for both boiler installation engineers who were tidy & courteous. The new boiler was installed on time with no mess and no hassle for my tenants. I took out a monthly paid service contract to cover the annual Landlord's Gas Safety check and boiler service and complete cover for other plumbing breakdowns. My tenants recently reported a non-emergency problem with the plumbing on the WC cistern and so I called Essex Heating for the first time under the service contract. They responded immediately to my email and followed up with a phone to call to arrange a visit, first thing the next morning when it was convenient for the tenants. They fixed the problem quickly with only one visit to the property and also carried out other checks which I had requested, taking photographs and video evidence to prove that the work had been done. I was very impressed with the professionalism of their plumbing service engineer who explained everything clearly, what the problem was and the remedial work undertaken. My tenants were also very happy to have the issue resolved so quickly and without any disturbance. I would recommend Essex Heating & Solar without hesitation.
