Excellent service. Always friendly and accommodating when I have contacted the company. Very quick to respond to a recent call out for an issue with our boiler which was fixed straight away. Would highly recommend.

When re-siting and fitting a new boiler, they ran new gas pipes to the boiler. 3 months later in winter when I went to light the gas fire we discovered that they had cut off our gas supply to the house and just run a single pipe to the new boiler. They came to restore the supply about a week later, after contacting them.
When they re-sited the boiler they ran awful plastic conduit all around the walls rather then channel the wiring into the wall (not even solid walls!). They came back to make good after I complained. To be fair I had never specified that I didn't want plastic conduit all over my kitchen! Apparently that was reason enough to do it. They made good to my satisfaction when I complained.

Fitting new controls for the boiler and a new water tank, they "didn't know what it was" and removed my iBoost unit (we have solar and iBoost heats the tank with any surplus power from the panels), leaving it disconnected on the floor of the airing cupboard. After some silly claims that it had not been working etc, "sending it off to be repaired as a gesture of goodwill" and the like...They eventually came back to re-fit this.

Positives - Work was always carried out at the time and date agreed and they tidied up after carrying out any work. Carpets etc were covered. They repaired any damage caused during fitting - Asked them to replace tool fittings in the garage that had been damaged and this was carried out without question.
Staff were always friendly and polite.

They fitted a new boiler a couple of years ago and have serviced it since, lovely people, always polite and very helpful would recomend highly

Over the last month I have had to call this company out on 2 occasions to two different issues.
On each occasion they were with us within 3 hours and solved the issues to my total satisfaction.
Their tradesmen were superb and most courteous and explained exactly what they had done to rectify the faults.
As a platinum member I would recommend everybody taking out this type of cover around their home for peace of mind.
I would have no hesitation to recommend this company to anybody , brilliant service with excellent customer service.

Had a new boiler install last winter after my previous boiler packed in. British Gas quoted me a ridiculous figure, Essex Heating offered a very speedy service from quote to finish. Cleaned up after and very competitive on the price. Just been serviced which they prompted with a courtesy call, would highly recommend !! A++++
