Excellent and very swift service provided by Essex Heating & Solar for us. Needed assistance with our boiler and they had someone with us within an hour. Customer service excellent - bent over backwards to help us - would thoroughly recommend!

Our boiler was on its last legs and quoted to replace from a national leading company. I found Essex Solar & Heating and was very happy with all the positive reviews. Very polite, friendly and professional work carried out to an excellent standard. We have even gone with their well priced full platinum cover, in case we ever need their help for emergencies.

Been using Essex Heating for a few years now after they sorted us out with a boiler to replace the pup we were sold by another company. This time they had a much bigger and more complex job and it was completed to the standard we've come to expect at a good price. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Professional, friendly, reliable and trustworthy. If more stars were available I'd give them those too.

I have used Essex Heating and Solar for 3 major jobs now including a boiler relocation and fitting, complete electrical re-wire and heating system re-pipe. I found them easy to deal with and very reliable. All the guys that carried out the work were really efficient, worked really hard to get the job done and cleaned up after themselves. The fact that I have used them 3 times speaks volumes. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Nathan came round to survey the job and gave us good advice about which boiler to have, the two guys turned up on time, very polite dust sheeted everywhere work flat out all day to get the job completed in one day they were brilliant.

From the first phone call you could tell how professional Essex heating and solar were book me for a free quote to install a new boiler and remove all of the old stuff. Very competitive in price and they didn’t constantly call me trying to sell it to me which I really liked. The guys that fitted the boiler where outstanding in there craft very clean and very considerate considering I had a heavily pregnant wife at the time of installation. When they left the house was as if they hadn’t been there. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough great from start to finish.

My husband and I have been with Essex Heating for approximately 8years. They have provided us with excellent service. We have our boiler service with them and have also used them to install two new boilers at two of our properties because we trust them.

We know the team very well and cannot say enough about their professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness. Gavin and Nathan are wonderful people but I also want to give a big shout out to Ian who installed our recent new boiler. He was on time, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout.

I would not hesitate to recommend Essex Heating to anyone they provided such great customer service and value for money. They were significantly cheaper than some of the quotes that we had received prior to them but the customer service was far superior! We hit a few snags and teething problems along the way which were no fault of Essex Heating's but they were so accommodating and helpful. Everything was efficient and straight forward. Gavin is a credit to their team and has been nothing but helpful from start to finish. The fitters were also fantastic especially Chris who went to great lengths to make sure everything was left clean and tidy as he went. Thank you so much for all your help!!!!
