We paid for VIP Service
We paid for VIP Service. We had a test at 11.17am email response at 4pm saying no data available. Went back to test centre feeling very worried and stressed. Young man very helpfully at drive through test centre phoned up eurofin and did his best but no luck so gave us the phone number for us to keep trying. After many phone calls at our expense we were told server problems. That’s all we were told . Wouldn’t tell us if we were positive or negative so still panicking. Finally at 2am just 7 hours before our flight we got our results, then still had to do check in for flight. This is not acceptable and ruined the start of our holiday. We were so stressed we were on the verge of going home. We then heard on the flight we didn’t need a PCR test just an antigen test.. why on earth did eurofin not tell us this. We could have done that instead and would not of cost us £180. We feel a refund is the least eurofin should do for all the stress and cost of phone calls we endured.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with
Completed and submitted a fit to fly PCR test via post on 1st February for my flight on 4th February as destination country required a dates negative result within 3 days of departure. Test was sent to incorrect facility and lost in transit. Was offered a partial refund as some sort of compensation but was not informed by customer service that a partial refund would cancel my account. I’m 6 months pregnant, and because of Eurofins I was unable to fly home, lost £700 on flights and accommodation. Customer service would not offer any compensation with supervisor barely even offering an apology. I also asked if so could have some sort of document that would detail the courier company lost my test so that I could try and claim something in my travel insurance but they refused. Would never ever recommend Eurofins to anyone, and ah am informing as many channels as I can of my experience. Cannot believe this is a UK government recommended company, it’s disgusting and they should be investigated. They’re affecting peoples lives.

Booked a drive through pcr which then I needed to cancel (in advance!) because we were no longer allowed to travel to France. Took weeks to get a response from them, can’t deal with anyone on the phone and they eventually gave me a partial refund….how can they justify £15 when they didn’t do anything or provide any service!!!! Disgusting

Eurofins customer service seems totally inefficient
I used Eurofins twice: once for a self-antigenic test, which went well. But I also ordered a drive through test at Heathrow airport, which I had to cancel because of Covid restrictions. Having been cancelled in due time, it should have been reimbursed, but more than one month after (and hours on the phone and many emails) I still have not got my money back: the customer service at Eurofins seems to be totally inefficient.

Eurofins fit to fly test is not acepted…
Eurofins fit to fly test is not acepted by most airlines. It needs to be stated that the test is done by a medical professional. In most cases eurofins make u take the test yourself! This is not valid for fit to fly and is complete waste of money! Do not book ur fit to fly test with them. If u do make sure its done by someone eles and not self assisted and make sure this is sated on the certificate. I know atleast 5 people who have been denied boarding with the eurofins fit to fly test. This caused us to pay again for another test at the airport and of course u have to wait a few hours for the results to come through! I assure you, you will miss your flight if you book a fit to fly test with this company.

You will find on our website we do not advise that our tests are ever done by medical professionals, all our tests are self-tests. We also advised that you check with airlines and the country you are travelling to make sure our test will be accepted.
"Need to travel internationally? We have Fit to Fly tests that will ensure you get to where you need to go. If travelling from the UK and your destination requires a negative PCR or Lateral Flow (antigen) test result, you can book your COVID-19 test with us to receive your Fit to Fly certificate valid for international travel."
"Be sure to double-check with your airline your destination's current COVID-19 regulations for the most up to date information on which test to take to enter the country and when you need to take it before departure. The self-sample is taken onsite"

Testig unit was no open when we…
Testig unit was no open when we arrived. The analyst arrived over 30 minutes late. Everything else relating to his service was good. Test straight forward and results recieved promptly.

Very efficient.
Very efficient, I arrived for my appointment and the staff member explained very clearly what I needed to do. I done the test and dropped off my sample into one of the many drop boxes. Simple, I received my result the same evening, brilliant.
I would definitely use Eurofins again when I have to.

An excellent company to deal with
I have always found Eurofins very helpful and quick to answer any questions you may have about travel vaccinations and the legality of most countries you plan to visit.
Even when abroad, they are quick to answer any local knowledge and information in regard to returning to the UK
I have no hesitation in recommending them for all your travel covid travel requirements

Bad!!
Bad!!! To be avoided!!! The reference number they provided wasn't being accepted by locator form which caused major panic at the airport on the return journey. Consequently, another test had to be arranged in order to obtain valid reference number. I am asking Eurofins for a refund!
