The test was not valid. It was a waste of money.
I arrived at Barbados airport and the Fit to Fly PCR test was not valid.
I had to wait 30 minutes of stress while they did a LFT at the airport.
How come I was sold a PCR test that was not valid when I was told it was?

The actual test itself was fine and the staff at the site were helpful. However my very clearly negative test came back as 'inconclusive' - I presume a problem with the way I took the picture - although to both my husband and myself the picture was completely clear. There didn't seem to be any way to query this so the only option was to get another test, and of course pay again. A very stressful few hours later and I got another negative test with another company.

Taking the test was very easy to administer. Instructions were clear and simple. However we experienced great difficulty logging on and our password needed to be changed three times before we could access our account. We also needed to change our passport numbers as we acquired new passports subsequent to booking our tests. This too was problematic requiring direct support from Eurofins, needing four telephone calls to resolve.

I had to be tested prior going to France, due to no slot available and though the test was done 21 hres prior departure and being told the result may not arrive in time prior myself flying however I was very impressed that the result was emailed to me at 6 am The prompt service allowed me to fly home.
I did 2 tests Pre and post coming back,the eurofins's staffs were very professional and received an excellent service from them.

Extremely disappointed. Arrived at the airport with my 2 year old daughter and wife to check in to our emirates flight to be told the PCR tests conducted are not suitable for our flight. Had to rebook our flight and now waiting for the results from Express Test. Do not rely on Eurofins and their claim all airlines accept their test. This has cost me a fortune.

Sandra at Eurofins- I have emailed Eurofins directly- and as I expected- you refuse to take responsibility. I believe you are falsely marketing the PCR tests as accepted by all airlines which is not the case and against the trading standards act which I will be reporting you to.

Both my husband and I had to telephone with problems, mine was that I hadn’t received my result, but my husband had, and the female member of staff was so patient, sorting me out, getting my result. My husbands was a minor problem and the member of staff for him was so helpful.

Appalling experience - completely incompetent staff

The young lady who 'supervised' my test was more interested in Instagram than she was in doing her job. She failed to tell me the correct directions on how to do the test correctly and didn't even bother to seal the specimen bag. This resulted in me needing to re-test and nearly missing my flight.

If you're looking for an easy stress-free experience for your pre-flight testing stay clear of Eurofins.

What happened to the Test? Paid the money for two PCRs which the same day was changed to LFT, but all I have to show is . . . . a reference to allow completion of a totally unnecessary Passenger Locator Form. As it happens we both tested positive for Covid 19 on arrival back from Egypt on Monday so the tests would not have served any purpose. I will be contacting the company to make a formal complaint!!!

I was extremely impressed and grateful when receiving the prompt email after the travel rules had changed at the beginning of January, offering a refund when exchanging the day 2 PCR for Antigen. However, I didn't then receive the refund at all, it has been 20 days now and still waiting.

My wife dealt with all of the necessary stuff. It took a long time but once she knew what she was doing it was fine.

Friendly, helpful staff and quick result. 4/5 as had some issues with original booking that took some explaining to try and resolve via email - but this was sorted quickly once spoke with someone on the phone.

the instructions are inadequate it is not made clear that you should not register your kit until the moment you do your kit and send it off, as this is used to determine when you have done your test. This meant I had to buy another test wasting the test kit and £45. A simple change in the guidance would stop this happening to no doubt thousands of customers.
