Great and efficiency service
They handle my case quickly and efficiency regarding the airline lost my suitcase on my travel to Taiwan. They have paid the cost after I sent the case and they have paid the expenses after one week.

No problems - The last star would be given if it was possible to order a onetime cover that was cheaper than a full year insurance. I know I will be cancelling the renewal - and that is anoying....

I got covid on the day of departure to…
I got covid on the day of departure to my ski trip. I did not get anything reimbursed, even though my assurance clearly states that my assurance covers sickness. I am very surprised and disappointed by this.

Do not recommend to use this insurance
Do not recommend to use this insurance, simply because they were not able to even confirm if I had bought it through their site or not , until it was expired…there was en error right after payment on their site, but money was charged from the bank account. I contacted ic through emails and I called them…the response was that this happens constantly and they needed to contact their financial department and if payment was successful I would receive insurance on my email right away. It was just before my vacation. Did I recieve anything? No. Did I get confirmation that I at least have insurance? No. When I contacted them again after my vacation already ended, my insurance was finally sent to me with information that there is no refund, since potentially I could have use it..🧐

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service! I bought a single trip insurance on friday and have payed with mobilpay. On monday the payment was finished from my bank, but I didnt receive any email with the police.I contact them to see what is going on and to ask them to send me a paper in english with signature which I can use to make a visa. On the phone one guy told me that they cannot see the payment and thats why to wait few day and when they see the payment can send me the document which I need.(They send me just the police, after the talk). I explain that on torsday morning I have to be to the embrassy to apply for a visa and whithput this paper I cannot go there. But he say to wait becsuse we have a lot of time. I send on email a paper from netbank that the payment is done and they should have the money, and call again to show them that the payment is done. Second time I talk with a women who promised me that she will send me the document with signature if is still not visible the payment on there bank. Today is wensday and tomorow morning I should be in the embrassy, but Europæisk didnt want to send me the dokuments doesn matter that I send them a paper from the bank that the transaction is finnished on monday. Now I have to cancel the insurance and to make new one with one week later departure and arrival or to keep it and hope that If they send me the dokument until next wensday to go to the embrassy and hope they will do my visa before 18.06 when I should fly. Thank you Europæisk for the "good" service.
P.p. Europæisk, I contact my bank and Mobilepay service and there is not a problem with the payment.If is something wrong is in your bank or in your sistem.
