Perfekt! Mange tak!

ERV are in my opinion a totally disgraceful company who will do everything possible to reject your legitimate claim. I was genuinely shocked that a company could resort to the dirty low- down levels of disgraceful behaviour that I experienced with ERV. When my father died 3 days before our scheduled departure date I thought it would be straightforward to recoup the cost of our lost holiday. Wrong!! They put me through hell for 8 months requesting all sorts of information. Demanding that I get information from my late father’s doctor on no less than 3 occasions including his medical records for the 2 years prior to his death!! I struggle when I try to describe my total disgust for this horrible, unsympathetic bunch of lying thieves. But I trust you will get the idea. Don’t buy any policy from them or any policy for which they are the underwriters.

After the 8 months I had my money refunded after I took my case to the UK ombudsman. Even in this process they disputed and delayed until the very last moment until ordered to by the ombudsman. An additional £250 was awarded to my claim in recognition of the unhelpful attitude of ERV throughout the process.

Good prices and the possibility of buying travel insurance for Visa. But they have to put on their website that they provide travel insurance for Visas, so to inform their customers about it; I found out by chance (you don't sell by chance nowadays). And also they should remember to send by email the appropriate documents to the customer.

Really bad agency! They sell cheap insurance, but deny to cover your expenses when the accident has occurred.... AVOID!

This company will do its best to find a way out of paying including setting new terms and conditions, even when they agree things are not in their policy in their quest to not pay out, as in my case. Check who you are booking your insurance with, and if it is this company Avoid like the Plague

So far so good! I've had two recent experiences with Europaeiske Corporate, and both were very well taken care of. One was a delayed baggage claim, and the reimbursement was easy and without fuss. The other was a dental emergency in Beijing, where Europaeiske within an hour sorted me out with a first class same-day dental appointment close to my location, and took care of the billing etc. This one-stop-shop service was impressive and extremely helpful on my business trip allowing me to focus on work and not complex logistics of finding english-speaking medical help in a foreign country! I'm so far very satisfied, although I admit some of the negative reviews here have me slightly worried about the possibility of things going wrong on a non-corporate contract ?
