Put a holding fee on a car Rotherham, was assured it was refundable, decided not to go ahead with purchase despite 5 phone calls and assured that it would be refunded, nothing has been received. I will have to get the card company to retrieve it. Not good enough customer service. Mr A Jones.

I went into the dealership with an idea of what I wanted and what spec.
Trevor sorted out a great ford ranger for me, and made changes to the spec in order to suit my needs. He was easy to get in touch with and made the process very straightforward throughout. Would highly recommend Trevor and Evans Halshaw at Rotherham.

Sale of my Red Fiat 500
Very helpful, convenient and efficient support from Dave Kershaw and Steve Wilcox.
I bought my little red Fiat 9 years ago from Dave Kershaw at a Evans Halshaw. I then sold my car back to Evans Halshaw - Ford Rotherham this Month in just seven days for a fair price.
I was sad to see my little car go after 9 years, but I am pleased to hear that it will get a polish and brush up from the service team before it is sold on.

Replacing car made easy
After looking around at least 5 other car sales venues, we landed at Evans Halshaw Rotherham, Ford. Instead of being bombarded by ‘helpful’ sales people, we were allowed to look at the cars for sale, and then when we were ready, chatted to the very helpful and knowledgable Trevor. The car we’d spotted turned out to have been sold. It took less than a minute for this to be confirmed, but having listened to what we were looking for, Trevor was able to show us another vehicle, which he warned us, had not so far been valeted.
It was still pretty spotless, with low mileage, and a full service history. Not just a few stamps, but the whole story! Dates of services and a list of all replacement parts since new. One owner, one garage carrying out all the services and MOT’s (Evans Halshaw, Rotherham). Trevor gave us a valuable trade in, and just 4 days later we picked up the car, with daughter and myself, smiling ear to ear. Wouldn’t hesitate to revisit EH and Trevor next time we need a car.

Beyond useless
Been a few times with our Ford to Evans Halshaw Rotherham. Firstly, there's never anywhere to park. Ever. If you leave your car for service, whilst you nip to the service desk to drop it in, you'll likely get accosted by an angry saleswoman.
Went in once to ask about inflatable seat belts that are in our vehicle and all I got was people who couldn't help and a smarmy salesman who thought he could sell me a vehicle (he wouldn't listen to what I was telling him).
I'll not be returning here when our warranty expires.
